I have been going to Berkenkotter for 8 years now buying my 5th wheels and cars. I feel like they are family and they will bend over backwards for you and your needs. I will only go to them for my cars and I just purchased my 3rd 5th wheel today. If you want to be treated RIGHT then go see them in Castle Rock. Everyone who works there including the owner is awesome and treat you like a part of their family.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

I give credit where due, and as a car enthusiast who has had my fair share of German machinery, Porsche Colorado Springs exceeded my expectations for a number of reasons. The 997 GT3 RS and Ferrari 512 Boxer stole my heart. Third, everyone Nancy introduced me to is also a major Porsche fan, which makes the dealer experience fun. I spoke with Adam at the Sterling Auto Sales Franktown dealership looking for a specific vehicle at 4pm. He had it delivered to them the next day as I traveled from out of town. The vehicle was ready and warmed up for me to test drive when I arrived. No high pressure sales, the vehicle was clean, loaded with extras, and drove perfect. All my questions were answered and the sale was fast and smooth. I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

I ordered my F150 Lightning Lariat awhile back. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills made the process seamless. The GM Chris Detone was involved throughout the process to make sure of it. I had a great experience buying an old car at this dealership. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for one of the cheapest options knowing the vehicle would probably need a little work which can be worrisome if a dealer hides what work needs to be done. That was no issue at Berkenkotter. The staff was upfront about all the known issues with the car and even took it into the shop and walked through the issues with me. The owner of the dealership answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that the car was in good driving condition before I left with it. I've been driving the car for several days without any problem. They didn't pull any tricks and were very honest about the car. They even negotiated on price. I would highly recommend Berkenkotter for their integrity and professionalism.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity.

The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

Brent Farmer was the liaison for Costco purchase. He answered our email on THANKSGIVIVG! We also brought our daughter into the dealership so she could purchase a new Rav4 also! Her first new car! Brent was GREAT in finding the vehicle I wanted. The process was seemless. My only comment is the lack of food in the dealership. We were there from 8:30 am - 3pm and we were unable to get anything but popcorn.

Working with Jeremy in buying my Chevy Colorado was a joy. He was very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had and was a true professional. This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.
