When my catalytic converter broke down on my Soul and I didn't know what to do Alex went above and beyond speaking with Kia and the dealership. Reliable and tough would suggest one to anyone looking for a truck to tow with does everything I need it to do everyday this is my 5th one in 10 years and they all have been awesome

For a F350 XL work truck this vehicle is nice. Power windows and locks, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio, cloth seats and vinyl floor. Perfect work/farm truck.

I love my f350 lariat, 83,000 miles so far and truck has been great. Only thing that broke was passenger side windshield wiper. Truck has been a solid purchase

I don't understand all these bad reviews.My transaction was pretty good. Brad S took care of me,handled the financing,which was a little bit tricky due to my not having any real loans since one in 2005,then one in 1990.I've never even had any utilities in my name.Plus it was Sunday shortly before closing time when I got there. I didn't even have to arrange a ride to go back to pick up the car.He volunteered to bring it to me,on his day off at that,and got it to me with lots of gas left,lol. My only complaint would be that I still haven't gotten copies of the paperwork,but to be fair,I haven't bothered contacting them to ask for it,so I figure it may very well be an honest oversight. They mailed my white title in plenty of time before the temp tag expired,and I got the "payment book",so I wasn't really worried about the other paperwork. I noticed a lot of the bad reviews are things that are the fault of the customers for not checking over the car before they bought it.That's OUR responsibility as customers to do the work of making sure the car is in good shape BEFORE we buy it,duh! If we were talking about a brand new car,then I agree that the dealer should make sure everything's good,but not at a small used dealership.

Ridiculous power, comfort and ease of use. Towing is effortless even with 37" tires and a leveling kit. Not sure if i can think of anything I dislike about it aside from the price.

I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

I worked both with James Cabiness and Mike Phillips and liked both of them. There was initially no willingness to negotiate price on the used car I was interested in (a Ford Fiesta)--not even a counteroffer. Probably this was due to how tight the market has been. When I saw 2 or 3 weeks later that the price had been dropped just a bit, I got back in touch and they met the price I had offered. Easy purchase process from that point. Of note, Mike had told me when I first looked at the car that they would replace the missing spare tire. I forgot to check on this when I bought the car, but James immediately ordered a replacement when I got in touch with him. Overall I am very satisfied and if I am ever in the market again for a used car, would look at them first. Not a new car--Ford isn't really in the car business anymore except for the Mustang!

Get this, I receive a 2006 f350 super duty, dually, from my father in law, it was a custom built truck in 06 , it's a dually f350 superduty, 2wd, with a 4v 5.4 Triton, I fell in love with it, 1 of 6 truck with a special rear end, navy blue with grey trim.

2016 ford F350 supercab SRW 6.7 Diesel has all the power you need plus some. Would recommend it you anyone looking for a tow vehicle.

Lets face it, no one buys a 1 ton truck for good gas mileage but it actually gets better than 14MPG on the highway "not towing" I was a little reluctant buying a gasser over the diesel for towing my 5th wheel, but so far it has performed very well. 6% grades are no issue pulling <12k lbs. The ride is amazing loaded and unloaded and doesn't rattle my teeth out driving around town like my old 2500HD.

Express lane is easy to check in for an oil change. Car was ready in a timely manner. Only wish they offer a free car wash with service.

Owned it for years and love it. This truck is a work horse and has never let me down. More than I can say for the G products which I will never buy again.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

After hearing many no’s i finally found someone to understand my situation and got me driving. The staff were Courteous and understanding and they got me driving again and with style. I’d definitely recommend coming here. I had a great experience start to finish.
