The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
We bought a used vehicle from Weir, and found out two days later that it had more issues than we knew. Jim at Weir was under no obligation to remedy the situation, but did what was right anyway. Weir put service and people first, and I would highly recommend them. What could have been a negative experience was made positive. Thank you, Weir Ford.

It's pretty nerve racking purchasing a car sight unseen from 9-hours away, however Dave made the entire process easy! Dave answered all of my questions and fulfilled my requests in a timely and professional manner; qualities that only one could expect from an expert such as himself. Even though I had only spoken to him on the phone once and the rest through text message, I knew that I was in good hands. My experience was great. The Service Advisor and very thorough, and alerted me to other issues that I wasn't aware of. In addition to the Emissions Inspection, the Sales Advisor advised me that one of my tires was in the yellow zone and that I also needed an Oil Change. As I am always short on time...I appreciate the Sales Advisors alerting me, while there in the Shop, so that I could handle/resolve multiple issues during one visit.
Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. I never felt as though he was losing any enthusiasm for what he does or impatience with me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If I am in the market again, he would be my first call.
