Brought my RAM 2500 in for repair after the check engine light came on due to a faulty thermostat. Since the parts were on backorder they reconciled 2 open recalls and washed my truck. Kevin in the service department is always great and keeps me updated anytime I bring any of my vehicles in for service.
I went in looking for a used Cadillac Escalade that I seen online. The whole buying process was ok. The only problem I have was that part of the deal, I was promised that the remote starter would work. I brought it home to find out that it still don’t work.

I had to drive one hour to get to Girard Ford to see a truck I saw online. Well worth the trip. The salesman Lois and the manager Doug were great. I had concerns with a missing floor mat and scratches and Doug had a new set of floor mats and touch up paint sent to my house one hour away from them. Great experience.
Frenchtown Auto is a nice place to buy a car. The cars look good and drive nice. They offer options and will work with you on the price and any additions that you want to purchase. You have to stay on top of them with follow up and stay on them. If you follow up and its unpreparied call they can get a bit short, the owner is very nice. I had to take my car there after buying it with a problem and they fixed all the problems that the car had. They were very nice, but follow up is difficult.
The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process took several months and they were patient with me and always had they had the answers to all my questions. Overall they made it a very pleasant experience.

Place may look small, but people and work quality is high. Today, just got emissions done on F250. The wait was 15 minutes and done.
Previous visits for muffler replacement, and prior vehicles engine work, etc. Over 5 years, always fair, unpressured recommendations, and competent.
I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue and the experience could not have been better from start to finish. Sales Consultant, Nate Rameaka was so great, he identified the perfect car for me, answered all my questions, and made the whole process very easy. The financial consultant, Nick, was great, he covered everything and made the process very easy and painless! I would recommend both Nate and Nick as well as this dealership to anyone!
Brought my Jeep to Capitol for service and an oil change. They found two oil leaks and my wheel alignment was out. They fixed the oil leaks, performed a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation and a LOF all on the same day. Steve Hartley has been a service writer at Capitol for years and he is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is definitely and asset at Capitol Garage!
