I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.

Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. The communication was excellent and we felt secure and confident throughout the entire procedure. He was informative, but not pushy. We will definitely head back there for our next car!
The new building itself is beautiful and the service is wonderful. They have friendly salesmen, hardworking and knowledgeable service technicians, and just a great staff in general. They also do an amazing job on their detail jobs!
Just wanted to leave a quick note that the end result of my dealings with Leavitt Auto were more positive than my initial dealings were. Bob made a sincere effort to right his wrongs, and though overall it was not the best experience I've had...it wasn't the worst, and it ended on a positive note. It's too bad things weren't handled this way from the beginning, but everyone has a bad day. I would give the guy a second chance...

Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
