The sales Manager, Maintenance Manager, along with along with Sales Staff ,represent the best of the best. I was in, selected the vehicle that I had screened on the internet , no haggle as to making a deal, first offer agreed upon necessary engine light repairs taken care of, and I was out, and on my way. After years of having my vehicles serviced by smaller shops, I was reluctant to find myself in a dealership for service. Griffith Ford in Seguin completely changed my past opinions. The service staff are energetic and outgoing, and I was pleased to be able to speak with anyone about my vehicle and how the repairs were going. What was new to me were the windows in the shop that allowed me to view my vehicle as well as the shops complete operation. The prices are a little bit higher than what i was used to but I can say with complete confidence that I will be back.

My family and I drove to Seguin from Carthage TX. (6 hour drive) in my Dad's new Ram 1500 with the 3.6 V6 engine. It used not even half a tank of gas averaging 28 miles to the gallon. I kept saying, "I need to get me one of these". We were on holiday, My dad worked at the Hydro-electric plant where we wanted to visit, Our hotel was just around the corner, so every time we drove by My dad would say, "You need to pull in, looks like they are having a big sale!". So the third time we pulled in and Gannon was their to greet us and showed us the pre-owned trucks. The red one that had a few miles on it had the 3.6 V6 and he made it work for me. Thank you Yaklin Motors for financing me for my new red truck.

I have had my car serviced at this location since 2011. I've always had a good experience. Although I've never bought a car at this Maxwell Ford, I would recommend the service department. I especially like that they have female service advisors.
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Blue Bonnet Motors. I took a gamble by buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. Throughout the process, my sales professional Nancy stayed in constant contact with me. She made sure the buying process was as painless as possible. She even helped me coordinate shipping, to the point that she came in on her day off to make sure the vehicle was trailered safely! After I received the vehicle, there was a mechanical malfunction which my local dealer was being very difficult about fixing...even though it should have been covered by warranty. Nancy and the service manager, Bill Martin, worked tirelessly to communicate with the local dealership and even covered the repair in good faith! Thank you Nancy and Bill! I cannot recommend working with this dealership, and namely these fantastic individuals, enough. I will certainly be buying from this dealership again, and anyone with good sense will too.
This folks took good care of my car very quickly! I had a battery issue and was back on the road with the hour! Will definitely use them again!
