I just purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon SLT. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Diamond Buick GMC. I feel I received excellent pricing for the vehicle purchased and value for the trade-in. You will not find a better Sales Consultant than Luke to work with. He immediately put us at ease, was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was eager to help us with the setting up of the vehicle. Luke and the people at Diamond's made the purchase of the Canyon easy and enjoyable.
I was interested in a particular vehicle and contact them to determine its status. I was informed it was available so I told him I would drive over the following weekend to take a look at it. The salesman texted me to confirm my request to see the car. I drove there to see the car, texted the salesman to see when I could look at it, and he said he would have to check to see if it was still available. Then no response. I drove to the lot, looked for the car, and could not find it. I then went inside and asked for the salesman. It took a while, but they finally found him out back somewhere. The car has been sold the previous Saturday and he thought he had texted me to let me know that. The Experience could have been better. It was lucky I was driving to another destination to look at another vehicle so all was not lost.
We visited a few dealers in the Twin Cities along with Juettner Motors for a new Expedition. Prices were similar but one sales person in the Cities provided double-talk when explaining sales incentives and certs while the other dealership punished us with a lengthy pitch on their Premium and Platinum paint, rust, and fabric protection packages. Bill Grove was fair with his pricing, answered all our questions, and didn't push any expensive protection packages. Overall, our car buying experience with Juettner Motors was relatively stress free.
Very friendly staff an low pressure sales. Their mechanic is very knowledgeable with all types of vehicles. Their vehicles are priced low. They make you feel welcomed an want to get you in a vehicle you like and want.
On 4/7/2018 I was driving from Nashville TN to Billings MT via Hutchinson MN with my second leg of my trip only 40 minutes in at 6:15am and a temp of 6 degrees outside. My phone stopped working and then my vehicle started running poorly with smoke rising from the hood forcing me to pull into the lot across from the Chevy dealership in Paynesville MN. When speaking to the Chevy dealership they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because I was driving a VW. However when I called the Paynesville Ford dealership the shop manager told me to drive my car immediately to him and that he would have the door opened for me to drive right into the shop. Though , he acknowledged he only had a skeleton crew and he would be unable to plug my car into a code reader, he was encouraging to the fact that it might something simple caused by the cold temps, well it was something simple( frozen condensation in catch-can) and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes! This man saved my stranded butt. Thank you Yarmon Ford for having great people working for you and a great service mentality.
Needed a second key made. Educational for me! Also got wheel pressure checked, with recommendations for what to do if occurs a third time in another few weeks. Thanks for everything.
