Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. SVG Urbana salesman Jack, has got to be the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I looked for weeks for a good used S-10 with low miles and in good shape and he found me one. He met my price and made sure it was in very very good condition. He's honest, caring, friendly and treated me like I was family. He said he wouldn't put me in something he wouldn't drive. He test drove it with me to make sure I was satisfied with this truck. He is the best. He surely adds a plus to SVG dealership. Thank you Jack so very much,. I just love my (Black Beauty) . I will definitely tell people about your dealership. It was worth my 2 hour drive and I would do it again.

Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.

All three cars are still on the road, one was my daughter’s very first car. Customer service is better than I have experienced at some of your larger used car dealerships. They are more concerned about getting you in a car suitable for your family not am increase on a paycheck.
Patty and Joe take pride in building a relationship with their customers. They learn what you like in a vehicle and make sure you leave off the lot happy. We purchased a 2001 Mazda Protégé’ for my sixteen year old, a 2001 Volvo and, my latest purchase a 2010 Ford C-Max.
Repairs haven been minimum for each car that is always a plus when on the roads daily. The Mazda has made several trip back and forth to Bowling Green University. The Volvo is my BFF when the weather is bad. The Ford gets me excellent gas mileage for our long drives. Each car has a special need for my family and I appreciate that.

I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
Service Manager and courtesy vehicle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle itself (top notch King Ranch full size pick up) was very comfortable. 4 star rating is due to initial young lady at service desk (did not greet with a smile or welcome) and 40 minute wait for courtesy vehicle where I had to check twice while waiting. Although I really appreciate the transport to/from work from the dealership, I did make my appointment with the service manager (over a week out) with the request for the courtesy vehicle, and it seemed as though that request did not make it into the system. Might have been a personnel or service vehicle issue on that morning, but a 40 minute wait is excessive (10-15 minute wait I would think should be the max) when you plan to be at work at a certain time. Or at least someone could have come out to the waiting area to explain to me what the delay was and why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this constructive feedback - and I still love my GT!
