Was a nice experience. Larry and Mark were a pleasure to work with. They have a great inventory of used cars and trucks there as well.
Excellent Trailer Hauler
by David from Lampasas, Tx
October 25, 2018
This vehicle is an excellent trailer hauler with a comfortable and wonderfully appointed interior. The King Ranch package is very nice and is an attention grabber. The diesel engine is the quietest i’ve ever had and gets fair mileage. It has the strength and looks that makes it the best truck on the market today.
I highly recommend this dealership, they helped me find my dream car! Danny helped me and my boyfriend find a great car! Highly recommend this dealer.

Ford finally got it right with the 6.7 power stroke. I have 283000 miles on mine with very little shop time. I have pulled alot of heavy loads. Probably 35 percent of the time it's pulling a trailer. Like it so much we picked up a 2016 f450.;
Great experience overall very happy. Will definitely return even though I drove 70+ miles. The sales person was very pleasant with us and my son who we were buying the vehicle for.
Best truck I ever owned

The Ford F-350 is all the truck you need for everything. Has tons of pulling power and also luxury inside. This truck is very comfortable and room for all. If you need a truck call Aaron. You will not be disappointed.
Maybe I could call but if that’s the case what is the use of the email inquiry.
I sent the Contact Me email inquiry 3 Times in 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a Call or Email from the dealership about purchasing the vehicle I’m interested in. I wonder what’s up with that?!
The only vehicle I drove for 15 years no major

No major issues , could pull anything, just about. Most reliable, toughest truck I’ve ever owned. I would recommend this truck and and engine to anyone looking for a great truck that will run for a long time
My experience was okay but certainly not what I experienced at another dealership recently. The dealership was not flexible and made me jump through hoops to purchase the car.
I also get pressured to buy an extended service contract
Great truck... bad service

Go to vehicle for towing, hauling and traveling. Pull a boat, trailer and fifth wheel. Diesel gets good enough mileage but great performance. Quality very good.
Cons: BMW pricing and ford pinto service. For the price these vehicles are going the service departments should be better. In my area there is no dealer that can service, fix warranty and wash in the same visit. I looked at an higher end mustang and decided against because I can get better after the sale service going German or Japanese. If they ever offered a truck with this performance would switch in a heartbeat.
My initial phone call with Mike assured my faith in Expert Motors
My first meeting with Chad sealed the deal. Chad is professional, friendly and so patient. He made my visit and test drive an Awesome Experience.
Chad has made a true friend and loyal customer. Please visit Expert Motors my vehicle is beautiful, well kept and in great condition.

Besides maintenance not one problen with truck..105k driven not one day lost from truck issues. Pulling 7000+ lbs weekly or payloads of 1 ton + truck just goes without a blink of an eye. Will be a superduty fan for life
Shomari was very helpful and Welcoming. Everything I asked him regarding my car he had the answers. I will be returning here for future car service.

This truck met all my needs and then some. It is a true work truck but has the luxury of a high end sedan. the ride is stiff as stated but you are in a F-350 so its expected. ride is very quiet. great connectivity and comfort amenities.
BRUCE HUPPERT AT NORTHLAKE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER OVERALL WITH MY TRANSACTION. EVERY ASPECT WAS GREAT AND I HAVE PURCHASED MANY CARS AND WORKED WITH DEALRS.

I've owned many Diesel trucks over the years to include an old Chevy with a 6.2L Detroit to Ford 7.3's and a couple of their 6.0's that I put up with. This 6.7 Diesel is probably the next 7.3.
There is one issue Ford has never addressed, and that is the radiator. There is a piece of plastic that mates up with metal on the radiator, and it has a tendency to leak when the metal expands and the plastic does not. I had to have my radiator replaced last year (at 80,000 miles) to the tune of about $1800. Ford absolutely refused to cover it.
With all that being said, this is the quietest, most comfortable pickup I've ever owned. It's the King Ranch, and the interior amenities are great. It has enough power to pull my house (and no, not a trailer house) across state lines, and other than the radiator, it hasn't had a lick of trouble.
My biggest hangup is the cost of these vehicles. As such, it's unlikely I'll buy another one. The prices have become so inflated that I find it senseless to spend that kind of money on a pickup. I'll preserve this one and take it to the grave with me.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
Great truck. Does everything i expect and more.

Truck meets all needs. Comfortable and great looking. Use it for towing 5th wheel and never noticed that it was back there. It is also so quiet for a diesel.
Sheehan Buick is first rate. In have been working with this dealership for at least twenty years. During that time I brought and/or leased Pontiac's as well as Buick Regal's. They are all professionals who are truly interested in working with the customers. Jeff is a true professional who goes out of his way the ensure the best possible service as well as working with you. Over the years that I have been dealing with the Sheehan, I love that there is no pressure. I would also like to recognize Matt who works with you on the finance side of the purchase. Again, another true professional.
Most Powerful Truck I've Ever Owned

I have never driven a truck with as much power as the 6.7L Ford Diesel. If you need a truck for pulling weight, the diesel engine is what you want. The torque is outstanding and will impress you. I have owned the F-150 ecoboost gas engine and while that does have more pulling power than a V8 gas engine at Ford, this 6.7L diesel that Ford designed will make the F-150 look like a toy. If I could afford a diesel truck payment, I would have kept that truck until I put 400,000 miles on it and they WILL last that long. My father worked with a fleet of 10 trucks, all 6.7L diesels and one has 450,000 miles on it without engine or transmission repair. STRONG truck.
Your customer service has reached a new high at this dealership. I'm happy with my purchase, and delighted with your service. No fibs, and great problem solvers. You are the best, of the best. Fred Foreman

The F350 Super Duty Platinum I purchased is exactly the truck I wanted , it has all the bells and whistles of luxury you want and need plus the power to pull anything you want. The power is unreal!! I love this truck!!
I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
Great work horse & trailer toter

Ford pickups are the best value and offer the best create comforts overall. The 6.7 diesel will handle any trailer hitched to it with good fuel economy.
My Mustang needed it’s regulation maintenance. I was also waiting a long time to get my Takata airbags repaired. My service advisor Rick made sure I got a quick appointment once the correct parts were in stock and the complimentary shuttle service really took the hassle out of my day.
Best service at this dealership. So much better than others I have been to in the past.
Bought new. Worst truck I’ve owned

So many issues; where should I start’ For the first 6 months the ford sync system was down constantly. This would meant no heat! Engine light went on at 30k. That means no remote starter. This happened so many times I lost count. Seems to have every sensor which cost more on repairs but the low washer fluid sensor they forgot. Message would come on that the truck is shutting down in 30 seconds. Do you know what that means when your in left lane pulling an 8 ton trailer’ How ford could do that is beyond me. That happened 7 times in 2 years. Washer fluid lines had to be replaced 3 times I the five years I owned it.
I am very satisfied with the services starting with my friend Cesar who helped me find cars for my budget and to my old friend Konstantine who also works at Auto Nation by suggesting to get a better car and they will do the financing. However, I was able to get a better auto finance from my bank and Cesar made everything possible to have my second car ready for me which is the Hyundai Elantra.

This truck has so much power , leg room heated seats , sunroof, touch screen everything I've wanted in my truck oh ya it's a turbo diesel that's the biggest selling point
Came back to Mullinax Ford for another vehicle as our first buying experience was terrific. Kyle Brown made this purchase even easier. We highly recommend him and the dealer. No haggle and awesome customer service. Thank you Kyle!!

A little stiff on the ride but to be expected being an f350. Best seats of any truck on the road today. Plenty of power from the 6.7 diesel good mileage for diesel.
Highly recommend Darnell! He is a great salesman and was very patient with me. He truly cares for his customers. If Darnell isn’t there, don’t even try buying a car because the rest of the staff is useless.
Best truck I’ve owned
by Ryan from Phoenix AZ

Let’s start off by saying I bought this truck used... a used Forest Service truck... two years ago. It still smelled like a forest fire when I bought it.
That being said, this truck amazes me. I bought it for the sole purpose of driving it from AZ to WA during the summer to visit my folks with the kids and our RV. It performed flawlessly with 130000 miles on it. Never skipped a beat. It has a forest service paint job, manual windows and locks, but a beast of an engine. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
After our road trip to WA I went for AZ to ID, then from ID to CA, and finally CA back to AZ with nothing more than gas, an oil change, and an air filter. I love my truck. I’ve had chevys and fords but always half tons. This is a must have if you tow.
