He worked to get me every discount he could. And when I go get my scheduled maintenance, Colt takes care of me and the guys work fast and answer every question. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Got me up and running but the Service department was a hassle. I had to call repeatedly for updates. I was without a car for a week. Two days after my car was towed to AutoNation I had not heard from them so I called to make sure the car was there. Fortunately I work from home, so not having a car for 6 days didn't impact my life in a bad way. Got my car back, clean and running well. So I'm happy. I do believe my Service advisor could have done a better job communicating. The part they ordered was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday it didn't come in until Saturday but during those 3 days, no one bothered to call me and let me know there was a delay. On that you could do much better.

It is the only truck that I will ever need. I wish I would have bought this truck four trucks ago. Meets all needs as far towing.

The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

I purchased the F450 over the F-350 mainly because of the turning radius. The wide front axle is excellent for tight turns. It all depends upon your needs but if you are a Ford fan and intend to buy a dually to pull a large 5th wheel or gooseneck, I urge you to drive both the 450 and the 350 before making your decision. You may be surprised.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly .
