William in sales worked diligently to get me the best possible loan available, even after I had agreed to a higher loan with one company, he worked hard and surprised me the day I showed up to sign the papers with a better loan from a different company. I say this to show how he, and all his associates, went above and beyond without me asking to make sure I had the best experience and terms possible. William was also very upfront and honest about where the used car I bought came from and what it was missing (particularly a hex key) and was an absolute pleasure to do business with, never once did I feel pressured during the buying processes, and we actually had a lot of laughs together. I also want to give a shout out to Ronnie who made the signing processes on the day of as smooth as possible, and was just generally a nice gentleman to talk to. I would 100% do business with them again, and would/will recommend them to any family and friends in the future. We tow a 35' fifth wheel travel trailer, which can be fully loaded to 17k, at least once every 3 to 5 weeks for a minimum of about 300 miles round- trip. We have had zero problems while towing and have done little more than standard maintenance on it. We bought new in 2012 and currently have a little more than 108k miles on it. This is the first year that we have had to spend some money on repairs, but it is nothing that I have not heard of from a diesel truck of its age and mileage. I am glad I sprung for the King Ranch version (I actually could not find a dealer on the west coast states that had an XLT with Fx4) as this is the first vehicle that we have owned longer than 5 years or 55k miles. We love our f-450 and hope to see at least 500k miles without too much trouble. As far as mpg goes, our truck does not seem to care of it is towing 5k pounds or 20k pounds, the mpg seems to remain the same. Doing a u-turn in our f-450 is a dream compared to our previous 2004 f-250, much tighter turning radius with an easy one hand touch instead of two difficult hands from our f-250.
