I'm one that enjoys the back and forth of settling on a fair price for the new truck and my trade. Limped my F150 into the dealer with a check engine light and wrench warning light on. Was met by courteous staff. I was warned that due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and the service department being closed that it might be Friday before they could look at it. However, an employee stayed late that night, diagnosed the problem and repaired it late that night. So, it was ready to go the first thing Friday morning. Repair was correct and away I went much earlier than expected. Mr. Martinez was attentive and professional.
