I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.
Just bought a 2018 Mustang GT and Glenn Benedikt was very knowledgeable about Mustangs. He never once pressured me into buying a car. Would definitely recommend him and would do business with him and the dealership in the future.

I was treated with great respect and every aspect of my repair was explained in detail. Constant communication and updates about my repair was made to both my self and my husband. I will make sure that if my car needs repairs again I return to Fayetteville ford!!
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!
I had my 2010 Lincoln MKX serviced. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I was provided a longterm rental. The level of exceptional customer service I received from Kenard Smith at Courtesy Ford and Enterprise Car Rental has been unbelievable. I’d recommend them both to anyone I knew. As well as drive out of my way in order to have additional services if needed provided by their office. In a time where people have become so uncaring, I thank you for showing you do!!
My key fob died and was able to get a replacement from Courtesy Ford. Their service was prompt and efficient.
At the same time my battery needed replaced and there was no problem getting the work done all at once.
I have never had a more relaxed, easy car buying experience. Our salesperson, Mary Whidby is a true professional. She took the time to locate the perfect vehicle for us and we couldn’t be happier. The entire process seemed effortless and pressure free. Mary even spent a significant amount of time going over the features of our new car, even setting up our phones. My car gear was stuck and prevented me from shifting it. I was panicked do to it being after 5pm and most service shops were closed. I'm visiting from IL and really had no idea of the area I was in. I searched my GPS for Ford dealerships near by and kept getting transferred and or service never picked. I tried several and then I spoke to the operator ( I can't remember her name) explained what was going on and she said she would have a manager called me back. "Kennard" called me back and explained what was going on ( it was my recall ,which I planned on getting fixed once I got back to IL. ) and I was sadly going to have to have my car towed but had no idea how I would get to where I'm staying. I made more calls to a closer dealership and while I was talking to them Kennard called me back and said if I was as close as I said I was he could send a tech down now and get me on my way. Within a few minutes Bennie came got me up in running in about 5 minutes. No kidding. He even walked me through what he was doing. I have never received such excellent customer service like this before. Like ever! I was moments away of being in tears and they turned my worry and panicked tears into happy tears. Thank you so much Kennard, Bennie and the operator!
I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.
From the Service Manager, Jon, to Hunter and Stephanie who showed compassion and empathy after my having gone through a huge ordeal wiped away, at least for a short time, my pain and helped me to smile while ensuring that my car was taken care of for my long drive back to the north and caring for my safety.
Hunter left no stone unturned in his effort to help me to get the car fixed without an undue financial burden together with Stephanie's and Jon's approval. Whether it was a small gesture to getting me a cold soda to a meal and a ride to an imp appointment, it was done with speed and kindness. Eddie worked on my car and made sure it was safe right down to plugging a hole in my tire. His mechanical ability saved me hundreds of dollars due to a bad part affecting another part of my car. Kudos to him also.
Please thank you for helping me and when I told my son overseas, he wept. He got so emotional and will thank Hunter and Jon when he comes home on leave next summer.
You are all the greatest ever and anyone should be grateful for your kind actions.

We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
