I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
We bought a beautiful new Ford Edge today. We worked with Dennis to drive and select our vehicle and Marty to complete the paperwork. Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were given ample opportunities to ask questions and never felt pressured.
Was looking for a specific car for my son and found what I needed at Hiller. Our salesperson Terry was very helpful and straightforward. A couple issues developed right after the sale and Terry had a loaner waiting and had the repairs done quickly. It had been a while since buying a car from a dealer and am very pleased with the experience at Hiller, especially Terry.

My wife said it was "like working with her sister" (if you're wondering if that's a good or bad thing my wife gets along great with her sisters).
Even after the deal was made their service did not end there. The Boucher team made sure the car was spotless and in brand new condition before they would hand it over to us. No swap out the plates, hand us the keys and see you later. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere on the interior, there wasn't a single crumb on the floor, and it had a wax job on the exterior just for good measure (thanks Jim you did a great job). I would recommend this dealership to my best friend.

Code viewed on dash engine was missing turned off restarted ran fine reported to dealership and they corrected problem in wiring under warranty same day no appointment was required and waited for repairs at dealership
