Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.
I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. We had a wonderful experience when we purchased the car the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was selling. We???ve been back 3 times for service and I must say the service is second to none. On this visit we had Nick as our salesman he was straight up about what he could offer and what was available I don???t usually go to the dealer for tires they tend to be pricey but when he beat town fair tires price I knew I was getting a great deal. I didn???t have to try and bargain price with him he beat them all and I always get 3 quotes when purchasing something he even fit our car in right away. These guys are doing a wonderful job I will be back.

After looking online, and researching the 2019 Mustangs I called Colonial Ford. After asking for sales, I reached Winston and sheduled a time to come see the Stang. When I arrived, I was greeted by Glenn and found him to be very enthusiastic. It was actually very fun to buy a car like it should be. Dell and Winston made the process easy!
i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
