It was for the most part an okay daily commuter, not really the kind of car to go road tripping in but more for point a to b.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. Inexpensive to maintain

Needed something with decent gas milage. I get 31 city. Love that! Not super comfortable at first but got used to it. There is no legroom at all in the backseat,not even for children. My grandsons feet touched the seats in front when he was only 4. It does have a hatchback which is fantastic. Foe a smaller vehicle it handles fairly decent in the snow. All in all a great little car. Only drawback was the clutch which I had replaced twice, however that was covered under warranty each time.
When I first walked in I was greeted at the door by the associates. Sam was very fast, professional, and proficient. I would reccomend him to anyone

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
Good place if you need a car thumbs up very professional people .I recommend to anyone that needs a car.Very friendly people that they know their business

I drive this car for my daily 45 minute commute. I've had no trouble with it and it makes the drive enjoyable. I average 37 mpg. The little guy has good pickup and drives well. The only drawback is the interior noise at highway speeds, but I usually have the music up anyway.
My wifes battery died on her and I called to see if they could get in and they did and got it back up and running in no time , I have always trusted Elyria Ford for my service needs they are great ,friendly and very nice ,they make me feel very comfortable. Great job

I wanted a more eco friendly car with better gas mileage and take up less space. The feista titanium had all the bells and whistles! I bought this 2013 feista titanium in July 2016. After 6-9 months I had double clutch issues on recall but didn’t understand that’s why the cars performance declined. The dealership has replaced it twice and the continued problems and time I have had to go back and forth to deal with continued recalls, has been a ford owner turning sour to loyalty. I am disappointed that ford has not attempted to make owner assist to replace their mistake to keep loyalty. Instead there is much legal process, paperwork and months to come to a possible solution.....
We went to the dealership looking at a particular car and actually bought something different that works out better. The sales team were very easy to work with and offered great suggestions. Will definitely recommend them to others.

This car meets all my needs and wants. It’s a fuel efficient sporty car. It’s all I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend.

I have only owned it for a week, but so far it is great! It is very comfortable, although I have not sat in the back seat. : )
It is a better quality and a much sportier than the Ford Fiesta was when it first came out.
Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. I will definitely be a return customer!

i think this is the worst car ever i will never buy one again not good in the winter but it is so great on gas
Al did a good job and was not pushy. I would deal with him again. He was honest and when we pointed out a few items about the car that needed fixed he was not quick to hide them like other dealers we were out.

I have just owned this car for a few week and i am so far impressed. It is roomy inside, even though it is a small car. It rides nice, with good pick up. All the options that came with it are nice. Exspecially the heated seats. The one thing that I wish it had is more interior light. It is dark here now by 5:00pm and if I need to adjust my mirrors, I can’t see it because it is not lit. Overall I am very happy with this vehicle.
I gave them 5 stars because I feel it was the best experience that I've had at a dealership in all my years!! They have really nice high end vehicles at a affordable price. They also do their best to work with you through any obstacles they may arise. I have and will continue to recommend them.
Transmission is junk

Car has a nice design but after 35000 miles the transmission started to studder and felt like you were going to get thrown out of the windshield. Ford replaced the clutches and 35000 miles later it’s doing it again ford knows there’s a problem but won’t own up to it per all the other complaints,ford customer care told me that maybe I’m just not use to that type of transmission since I’ve only been driving a car for 35 years but hay the car looks nice in the driveway
Great selection of used cars including some unique high end vehicles. Car priced as advertised. All concerns addressed. Salesman Rodney was very personable and professional. Would come back again.
Gas saver poor audio bluetooth

It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself EVERYtime I drive, it DOES NOT sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law(Georgia). Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade,nor you will be upside down.
Great experience. Rod was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We looked between two of the same model, and were able to decide on one. A good experience.

It's an alright vehicle. It can jerk when going up hill or down, it speeds up after you've already decelerated, and it's cramped. Other than that it's lovely and the features are the best part. Internal lights, Bluetooth connectivity, aux cord capable
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
Zippy Cheery Blue Little Car

This car is exactly what I wanted. Low mileage, able to quickly get to 70mph on the nearby freeway, room to haul my hound dog. I love the bright blue, I believe it's called Candy Blue. I went from a Suburban to this and am very happy. It's not as comfortable as more expensive cars, but I think the seats are nicer than those in my husband's Subaru. I've used this car for long road trips and short commutes. I'm delighted with how quickly the heat/AC get going, but that's probably the difference between a big ol' Suburban and a teeny car.
Downside. There is "mood" lighting which does not light the USB port; not handy after dark. I don't use the Bluetooth. "She" was just exasperating, couldn't even say "Bluetooth" let alone understand what I said. I just use the hands-free on my phone. The car was fairly new when the clutch needed replacing. Seems like transmission problems are a thing with this batch. However, the dealership was right on top of it and I wasn't inconvenienced.
