I drove over 300 miles to buy a vehicle, (and we have a lot here in D.C.!!), and I can tell you, it was well worth the drive!! They do exactly what they say they will, and don’t play any of those, “Dealer games!”! Great dealership/GREAT PEOPLE!! They have a Customer For Life in me!!

Usb ports, bluetooth, 2 places to add additional car chargers. I'm a big guy and at first it was a bit tight but as I kept driving it's easy to get used to.
Traveling heavy for business I purchase a new car Approx. Every 18 months. My most recent ride has been the 2013 Avalon XLE purchased from Pinehurst Toyota and guided by P.Toyota's outstanding representative Jordan Kelly. The Avalon XLE served me exceptionally well, but after 66k in 16 months it was time to trade. Upon seeking out Jordan again he helped to make what has often been, shall we say, an undesirable & straight up unpleasant experience over the years & He streamlined my new car purchase into an enjoyable, exciting & awesome experience. After Investing a Great deal of time and research myself over the past 30 days I quickly concluded that the Avalon Limited is the car for me. Friday 11/21/14 I purchased the 2014 Limited and so far I couldn't by more satisfied. Thank you to Jordan, Paul, & Orion & P.Toy. team for taking Great care of me again. I will be back when time rolls around to trade.

I have just owned this car for a few week and i am so far impressed. It is roomy inside, even though it is a small car. It rides nice, with good pick up. All the options that came with it are nice. Exspecially the heated seats. The one thing that I wish it had is more interior light. It is dark here now by 5:00pm and if I need to adjust my mirrors, I can’t see it because it is not lit. Overall I am very happy with this vehicle.
We purchased a certified 2017 Altima and the team at Classic Nissan, starting with Connor in Customer Service and finally salesman Olvin Cruz and Sales manager Paul McCoy, were all very helpful and courteous throughout the process. Our deal was a fair one and we left confidant that they would take good care of us whenever needed down the road.

This car met all the expectatives I had, except the interior space, as the leg room and shoulder space is too small for five people. But in power and safety, I am very satisfied.
Oh, the Bluetooth has his days, not allwys relliable.
I tad slower than I hoped,but Valerie informed me while I was waiting this they were a little bit behind. I appreciated her honesty. I never had any problems here.
Worst car i ever bought

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
What a great experience I had. I wasn't really in the market but they had excatly the vehicle I was looking for. I was just searching for pricing as I'm getting ready to depoly for a while and was planning to purchase when I got back. However these guy cut me an amazing deal I just couldn't pass up. The whole team did an amazing job Javier, the general manager and Don were all great to work with. Will be considering them again when it comes time to replace my other vehicle.
Transmission is junk

Car has a nice design but after 35000 miles the transmission started to studder and felt like you were going to get thrown out of the windshield. Ford replaced the clutches and 35000 miles later it’s doing it again ford knows there’s a problem but won’t own up to it per all the other complaints,ford customer care told me that maybe I’m just not use to that type of transmission since I’ve only been driving a car for 35 years but hay the car looks nice in the driveway
I would like to give a professional compliment to Joey in the sales department. I called asking about a new BMW and he went above and beyond expectations and was very professional. He offered to help search for a car within my price range, and this shows personal care about the customer(s).

It's an alright vehicle. It can jerk when going up hill or down, it speeds up after you've already decelerated, and it's cramped. Other than that it's lovely and the features are the best part. Internal lights, Bluetooth connectivity, aux cord capable
