Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
I like working with Sheehy and more specifically with Ron who works there. I worked with him 3 years ago and he provided me with an outstanding the service. And now three years later, there is a no difference. Ron always puts customers first when trying sell a car and he understands their needs first. He is never pushy and doesn't waste time.

I had nothing but excellent service in regards to Darcars of Fairfax facility. The experience from car buying “Eric” to management providing me with the certainty of any issues “IJ” to the service department showing pure professionalism. I really appreciate this experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Great experience shopping for a Ford Explorer. Loved the end of year incentives. Sonny Bentacourt is an excellent salesman and the Sheehy team members. Everyone was very professional. This was my third Ford vehicle purchase.
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
We were looking for one of the 2 last 2018 Ford RS in Maryland and this was the place! Kwami was very friendly and professional. I got some hot chocolate from their lounge to enjoy during our finance process. They played no games, gave us a great price for our trade in and we were on our way. We needed a specialty bracket ordered for our car and Kwami went out of his way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.
I had a wonderful experience at Academy Ford. The saleslady, Ashley, truly listened to me when I told her what I wanted and she guided me to the right car. She had a lot of patience ! Because of Ashley I ended up with the car I truly love :)
Painless process. Mr. Hunt was the salesman and was well prepared. After the purchase, Mr, Hunt actually delivered the vehicle to my residence. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and recommend Academy to my associates.

After reading some reviews that said things like "stay away!" and "don't trust anything they say", my wife and I decided to roll the dice and drive 3 hours to get a car that was advertised at an unbeatable price. I had talked to my salesman, Dick Bailey, on the phone a few times prior to the trip to Leesburg to confirm fees, price, and details of the car. Long story short, it was over 98 degrees in the showroom because their AC had failed a few days earlier. They had a small crew of dedicated sales and administration guys there to take care of customers like me. The car was exactly as advertised, in like-new condition, and the fees were as posted on the website. Following the test drive, the entire purchasing process took less than 90 minutes. My wife loves the car, and the identical car (with higher mileage) is sitting at a nearby dealer for $5000 more. Glad we rolled the dice.
