Best New Car Experience!

Tyler Grant could not have made buying a new car any easier! I did NOT want to go through the process of buying a new car and had put the decision on hold for 3 years - with each time I started the process being cumbersome (dealing with other dealerships) I was not encouraged to move forward. Then I met Tyler... I came in at a recommendation through JR in the service department, early on a Saturday morning and immediately felt supported by Tyler to start the buying process. I knew what I wanted and Tyler made it HIS mission to find it for me. Then we were off for the test drive... it was love... As the owner of a 2005 Jeep I was already sold on the brand - but the models have changed a bit in 13 years. Tyler explained all the changes that Jeep had gone through and I felt more informed in my decision (even though I did not pass the Jeep trivia questions...lol). From the test drive to the financing Tyler was by my side the whole way - EVEN when another client of his came in to buy his new truck (3rd one from Tyler specifically) - Tyler never made me feel like he wasn't there to help if I needed it. When all was said and done Tyler and I made a deal to meet back up on Wednesday to pickup the new ride and off I drove in my 2005 dreaming of the new features in the 2018. SURPRISE - the guys at Troncalli made it THEIR mission to get me the car 4 days early! A quick text from Tyler 5 hours later started with "do you want to come get your new car today? :-)" We jumped up, drove up to Troncalli and there she was... Did I mention they close at 6pm and Tyler stayed after to go through all the bells and whistles on my particular model... 1.5 hrs after closing and he was still the perfect person to work with. Thank you Tyler... you made me not hate the process of buying a new car... still don't like paying for one, but I would work with you again in a HEARTBEAT. Thank you JR for the referral - I owe you.
