My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I traded 2 BORING vehicles (2015 Nissan Versa Note and 2010 Nissan Rogue) in for this 2016 Ford Fiesta ST. I’ve only had it a couple weeks so far, but it is simply the most fun car I’ve owned in the last 20 years! It’s peppy, but not fast. It’s sporty but still comfortable. It get great gas mileage (I’ve already put about 1400 miles on it and have averaged about 32.5 mpg, mostly interstate with cruise set at 75). It’s a small car, but fits my family when needed, usually it’s just me. Great stereo. Only complaints I have so far are as follows: 1.) Clutch pedal is a little on the light side, and take up happens in a very short amount of travel. 2.) no backup camera. I’m ok with this, because the mirrors provide all the info I need, but I would have expected a 2016 model to have it. 3.) brakes are developing a minor vibration when slowing from highway speeds. The dealer supposedly replaced the pads and rotors prior to delivery, but I now suspect the just resurfaced the stock rotors. No big, upgrade time!! All in all, I couldn’t be happier!

i had this casr for only a year and a half its only got 71000 miles i drive to alot of different places for work it just started action up it says transmission malfuction not really sure if the transmission is going out but it feels like its dragging and just revs really high but before this was happening it was really fun to drive anyone else having problems with their transmission

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I am a Columbia University Epidemiologist with an extremely hectic schedule and a low tolerance for nonsense. Anthony Petito does a simply outstanding job running the Paragon Honda Service Center in terms of everything that a customer values - overall quality and timeliness of service. I've witnessed this outstanding service at Paragon Honda for over 6 years and I will absolutely not take my car anywhere else to be serviced even though this location is not at all convenient for me. But I don't care because the quality of the service is worth it. Everyone at this service center is professional, courteous and eager to please. Just this past Wed night (4/20), I met with Ron and Jason Q who both handled my 9:15pm appointment after having my initial questions skillfully handled by Anthony Petito by phone. All three of these men were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I was in and out of the service center in no time even though my appointment was at 9:15pm. In spite of the late hour, they were still going full speed ahead and pumped as if it was the start of a new day. Truly exceptional service and exemplary teamwork from Anthony Petito, Ron and Jason Q. I am always able to schedule an appointment with great ease and I then immediately receive an email confirmation with the time and date of my appointment. This is a tremendous help bc, when I arrive for my appointment, I don't have to ever worry about being denied bc the appointment was mistakenly not documented. Then, a day before my appointment, I receive an email reminder. It is such a huge help to me that they offer appointments up until 11pm and Anthony mentioned there are also available appointments overnight. Again, these late night options are absolutely invaluable to me bc my schedule is crazy but yet I want to make sure I am taking the best care of my Honda. The moment I arrive, I am consistently and immediately taken care of and I then sit in a very comfortable and well-maintained waiting room. I never witness any disgruntled customers in that waiting room and I never wait for very long at all. The entire process is PAINLESS bc the entire operation is run so efficiently thanks to Anthony and the team he hires and manages. Everything runs like clock work from the moment I drop off the car and then head outside to pick it up. Geesh, even the bathroom, after a long day, is immaculate and there's a sign inside the restroom asking customers to speak with the manager if the restroom is not clean. This is an example of what I mean by the entire place is so well-managed. They have thought about everything in the interest of the customer and they work very hard to fulfill their promises . This is NOT all talk and no action, and this is not an easy accomplishment but they make it look easy. I know exactly what it takes to hire and manage a team because I've been hiring and managing my own team of over 30 Research Assistants and Project Coordinators at Columbia for large-scale NIH grants for the past 21 years. So I am genuinely in awe and will forever remain in the Honda family bc of the service I receive at Paragon Honda Service Center as well as for the solid quality of the Honda vehicles. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I bought this car in the early spring of 2016, with 88k kilometers from a dealership I used to work for. Had 1 previous owner, an older fellow. I was a little surprised at the amount of kms, but the car did not show any wear. I drive it daily, and have for the last 3 years. I love it. Great on gas, peppy, handles well. It's a 5 speed and I honestly wouldn't even think about driving one with an automatic. It makes sense that other reviewers have had a bad time with theirs. These are European cars, they're meant to be manual. Disappointed that Ford has chosen to stop making these in North America. Could potentially be a big mistake. These WILL be missed.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

My 3 year lease with Toyota was coming to an end so I was on the hunt for the perfect replacement. I wanted to maintain a similar lease - 3 yr - 12K mile - but find a nicer car and not pay too much more than I was already paying. I had been test driving all different makes and models in the $25-30K price range for my new lease. The mustang was not in consideration because I thought only an 8 cylinder is the way to go...but I cannot afford one. I happened to be nearby the dealership picking up my girlfriend's 2015 Nissan Murano from its first 5K service and I said "you know what? - I should look at the 6cyl mustang while I am here...just in case". I walked into Ford and saw Paul Scheuing was available. He was happy to help. I could tell that I liked Paul right away. Very nice guy. Very informative. Eager to help. Just as excited about finding a suitable Mustang as I was. I asked to test drive the 6cyl in stick shift. He informed me that the new 4cyl has higher horsepower and more torque than the 6cyl for a sticker price of only about $1000 more. Say no more! More horse and more torque than the 6 - I'd rather the 4 then. Horsepower and Torque were 2 of my most important qualities I was looking for. He offered to let me test drive the 4cyl in manual. Premium package, so it had a much nicer interior than my current Scion FRS. Behold! - my search was over. After a few minutes on a test drive, I could tell this was the way to go....a turbocharged 4cyl Mustang with nice leather interior. Same gas mileage as my current lease, more horse, more torque, nicer interior...similar sticker price. It was everything I was looking for in a new lease. After careful consideration, I was likely going to lease the exact car I test drove, but already, within 24 hours, it was sold to a dealership in Long Island. Bummer. However, it did have 1300 dollars worth of features I did not really need. Over the next few days Paul helped me find the exact car I wanted...and it was even less expensive than the one I test drove. It even had the red leather interior that I really wanted. The original car did not. Paul was amazing during the whole process. He helped me get the monthly numbers closer to where I needed to be. Also, interactions with Jim O'Brien and Chris Messina helped make me feel right at home with Ditschman Ford. Everyone was extremely responsive. Very nice people. Within a few days we had found the car, ordered it, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot in my new dream car (that I could actually afford). The process was nice and easy. I did my best as a consumer to make smart informed decisions and they did a great job of answering all the questions and got me into the right car. Thanks guys.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. We had been looking for a quality used Mustang convertible which is a LOT harder than it sounds. Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura had a car with a LOT more than we could have ever dreamed of at our price range. The car was a lot less expensive than comparable cars we looked at, but the sales manager, Adam Rottenburg worked with us to get the car even more comfortably within our price range. We live 250 miles away, so they handled the entire deal over the phone and through overnight mail. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the car too. When we picked the car up just 2 days after our first call to the dealership (incredible for a long distance deal), the car was even better than we thought it would be. Our sales representative, Murad Stokes, answered all of our questions, offered to pick us up at the train station, and was incredibly kind, honest and fun to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas when we got to the dealership, and the deal was finalized within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were on the road and driving the car the 4 1/2 hours home with no muss, no fuss, no bother. The car was incredible on the ride home too. We are getting used to turning heads everywhere we go (did I mention the car looks incredible?). Thanks to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura our dream of owning a Mustang convertible has come true. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

It’s a very reliable car no problems yet already got almost 17k miles in only 8months of ownership it’s a 2018 se model it’s fun and zippie and it’s not the fastest car but it gets up there I got mine to do a 120mph and I got the extended warranty the 100k bumper to bumper because a few friends said they where unreliable but I’m pretty sure my car is gonna out last the warranty whit no repairs at all it’s a really great deal it’s getting a amazing car for practically no money at all my window sticker was 17,850 dollars but after rebates I got it for 14,200 but then because all the extended warrantees and the special options I got like if the tire pops or the windshield cracks they replace it free it came out to 19,400 but anyways it’s a great car and if your thinking about buying one you should there fantastic on gas as well the most I ever got was like 60mpg on the freeway tho and only doing 65mph on a flat level I recommend it a lot I would rebuy it

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I traded my 2013 Subaru Impreza in for this fiesta st. I was able to get it for the same monthly payment as my Subaru, 200 a month, which is a steal for this nice of a car! It is fun to drive, great looking. I’m 6’5 and skinny, it’s comfottable but if I was any taller or heavier it wouldn’t be, the seats are well bolstered. I highly recommend it!

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
