I drive this car for my daily 45 minute commute. I've had no trouble with it and it makes the drive enjoyable. I average 37 mpg. The little guy has good pickup and drives well. The only drawback is the interior noise at highway speeds, but I usually have the music up anyway.
Mike in sales was a pleasure to work with. He had the vehicle I purchased ready for inspection in their indoor showroom. The attention to detail of the vehicle and the process of the purchase was outstanding in caring for the customer, which in turn made for a great experience.

La trasmición 2 veces se la han arreglado el radio se dañó tambien el catalitico las llaves se deprograman y ellos ford country te arregla algo y te dañó otra cosa
The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.

Needed something with decent gas milage. I get 31 city. Love that! Not super comfortable at first but got used to it. There is no legroom at all in the backseat,not even for children. My grandsons feet touched the seats in front when he was only 4. It does have a hatchback which is fantastic. Foe a smaller vehicle it handles fairly decent in the snow. All in all a great little car. Only drawback was the clutch which I had replaced twice, however that was covered under warranty each time.
Awesome Is the experience that I have had throughout all of my carbon experiences at car max We've bought 2 cars from them and sold them one car miss Sherman is an awesome sales rep very thorough very honest very respectful

I wanted a more eco friendly car with better gas mileage and take up less space. The feista titanium had all the bells and whistles! I bought this 2013 feista titanium in July 2016. After 6-9 months I had double clutch issues on recall but didn’t understand that’s why the cars performance declined. The dealership has replaced it twice and the continued problems and time I have had to go back and forth to deal with continued recalls, has been a ford owner turning sour to loyalty. I am disappointed that ford has not attempted to make owner assist to replace their mistake to keep loyalty. Instead there is much legal process, paperwork and months to come to a possible solution.....
My husband and I just bought a vehicle from Gerald Auto Sales and it was a great experience! We drove nearly 4 hrs to look at a vehicle and were a little skeptical as the last time we drove a distance to look at a vehicle the dealer sold the car before we got there. Anyways they had it ready for us when we arrived and although they were busy between everyone working they got us taken care of! We are extremely happy with our purchase and excited to fill the vehicle with our growing family!!
On a side note...it was great to get into the car with a Christian radio station playing and to see things throughout he dealership giving thanks to our Lord!

Not a good car wish i could dump it and will never buy ford again cant get out of this car not happy no trade in value
We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score and a similar car price. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive!

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.

This car met all my needs, Was looking for something reliable. Its my first car and I love it. It is really good on gas.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

I have just owned this car for a few week and i am so far impressed. It is roomy inside, even though it is a small car. It rides nice, with good pick up. All the options that came with it are nice. Exspecially the heated seats. The one thing that I wish it had is more interior light. It is dark here now by 5:00pm and if I need to adjust my mirrors, I can’t see it because it is not lit. Overall I am very happy with this vehicle.
Car buying has always been a nerve wracking experience for me. The sheer number of decisions to make, and the fear of making a poor long term decision have always made me shy of vehicle lots. The salesperson was really an advocate for my investment-kept an eye out for my price range, and gave me full disclosure on vehicles.
I drove off the lot in a fantastic pre-owned vehicle with zero worries, and zero fear. I felt I received more than just a means from point A to point B. I received peace of mind, and a sense of trust-that I can always turn to Terry's for anything I need!

i think this is the worst car ever i will never buy one again not good in the winter but it is so great on gas
I had a very pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai. I was greeted at the door by Dave Cox and several hours later left with my dream car. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and most of all, Dave never made me uncomfortable with a hard sell attitude. Dave and the dealership worked hard to reach a price point that I was agreeable with and offered a number of perks to complete the deal. I would highly recommend Webb Hyundai and especially Dave Cox if you are interested in buying a car.
Best Car I've Ever Owned, and Only A Month Old

It has been less than a month since I purchased my vehicle, and it is already the most comfortable vehicle I have ever been behind the wheel of. The features that came in my vehicle mean that all I have to do is put it in gear, and turn the wheel every now and again. Even my hardcore car-guy friends are impressed with how nice this car is.

It's an alright vehicle. It can jerk when going up hill or down, it speeds up after you've already decelerated, and it's cramped. Other than that it's lovely and the features are the best part. Internal lights, Bluetooth connectivity, aux cord capable
It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself EVERYtime I drive, it DOES NOT sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law(Georgia). Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade,nor you will be upside down.
In our first car-buying experience we worked with one of the salesmen at Grand, Andrew Jennings, who made the whole process a breeze. Working with Andrew felt like hanging out with your friend who just happens to sell and know a lot about cars. We played fooseball, we were treated kindly, and we walked out feeling very happy about our purchase. Thanks, Grand, and thanks, Andrew!
Transmission is junk

Car has a nice design but after 35000 miles the transmission started to studder and felt like you were going to get thrown out of the windshield. Ford replaced the clutches and 35000 miles later it’s doing it again ford knows there’s a problem but won’t own up to it per all the other complaints,ford customer care told me that maybe I’m just not use to that type of transmission since I’ve only been driving a car for 35 years but hay the car looks nice in the driveway
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Usb ports, bluetooth, 2 places to add additional car chargers. I'm a big guy and at first it was a bit tight but as I kept driving it's easy to get used to.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

It is a little small for my taste but comfortable nonetheless. It is perfect for my wife though. Nice and sporty and kinda quick. Great color and nice wheels.
Service agent Nick did a great job.
He got me in right away and complete the task in 25 minutes. Then he vacuumed my car.
Zippy Cheery Blue Little Car

This car is exactly what I wanted. Low mileage, able to quickly get to 70mph on the nearby freeway, room to haul my hound dog. I love the bright blue, I believe it's called Candy Blue. I went from a Suburban to this and am very happy. It's not as comfortable as more expensive cars, but I think the seats are nicer than those in my husband's Subaru. I've used this car for long road trips and short commutes. I'm delighted with how quickly the heat/AC get going, but that's probably the difference between a big ol' Suburban and a teeny car.
Downside. There is "mood" lighting which does not light the USB port; not handy after dark. I don't use the Bluetooth. "She" was just exasperating, couldn't even say "Bluetooth" let alone understand what I said. I just use the hands-free on my phone. The car was fairly new when the clutch needed replacing. Seems like transmission problems are a thing with this batch. However, the dealership was right on top of it and I wasn't inconvenienced.
