I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.
I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.
Thank you for everything you did to make my dream a reality. You really are the best. I’m a Portsmouth customer for life.

I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)
I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!
No comparison to going into a new car dealership. I will return for my next car.

I spent weeks trying to find a newer car with a great price. I found this place and they had just what I was looking for. My fiancé and I showed up and looked around the lot. The salesmen Arthur and Jonathan were patient and answered every question we had. It felt like we were friends for years. The buying process was a breeze and we are completely satisfied. Definitely will be going here again and telling everyone we know about Hertz Car Sales in Lynn!
I purchased a Kia Sedona which was priced well below the dealers I looked at for similar miles and exact same features and color.
Barry was my sales rep and was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to just want to make me happy and not sell me like some of the dealerships do.
I was happy to not get the runaround on financing. I went in with pre-approval from my credit union and Hertz did better on the interest rate than my credit union which is excellent. None of the typical "what do you want to pay per month" then you end up with a higher interest rate and longer term. None of that.
I looked at the Kia on a Thursday night, did the paperwork (they stayed after closing to get it done - most dealers will use the closing deadline to pressure you into a deal that is not right for you) and then picked up the just cleaned and gassed up van on Friday afternoon.
I will go back to them for future purchases without hesitation. The prices are right and they don't use high pressure sales tactics.
I purchased a car in cash from this dealership on a Thursday. Buying process was quick and painless and the car was a good deal. Sales rep Jonathan was helpful. My only issues with the transaction was the time it took to receive the car. There was a scratch on the hood they were paying to fix. I was told the car would be ready in 3-5 days. On Monday I called the insurance company to let them know the dealership will be handling the new plates, and ended the day with two cars on my insurance (old and new one I didn't have yet). Every day that week after Monday I was told the car would be ready the next day. I work an overnight shift and it's tough to schedule times for these sorts of things. I need to plan my days for errands during normal daylight hours. I also needed to make sure a family member or a friend is available to drive me 45 minutes to the dealership each day they said it was going to be ready. Eventually Friday hits and the body shop is closed, they still have the finished car, and they will be closed both days over the weekend. So now I have payed a week of insurance for a Car I don't have, I have cleared my schedule and inconvenienced family/friends for nearly a week of wait it may be done tomorrow.
We may have worked out a way to get the car over the weekend with a new key needing to be made. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this though. I only took a star off the overall rating for this miscommunication but if it takes any longer to receive the car I will being taking more stars off. I would also recommend anyone in a hurry to get their new car be very upfront about that need when buying the car.
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
