Excellent service on replacing the sliding door motor on my Kia Sedona.
They replaced both door motors and did so in a timely fashion. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was reluctant to buy a Ford, because I previously owned a Toyota. But so far this fiestas meets all of my needs, it handles the roads very well, has great pick up and it's a smooth ride. The inside is especially nice at night, there are a lot of extra colorful lights. It has Bluetooth and a digital screen which I've never had before in any of my other cars. It's cute and stylish. The only cons are, it could have more compartments to put stuff and there is very little legroom in the back.
This car met all the expectatives I had, except the interior space, as the leg room and shoulder space is too small for five people. But in power and safety, I am very satisfied.
Oh, the Bluetooth has his days, not allwys relliable.
Pleasant young man. Easy to work with. Appreciate his hard work and honesty. Will highly recommend him. Sure glad we had Tanner O'Brien to help us.

It's an alright vehicle. It can jerk when going up hill or down, it speeds up after you've already decelerated, and it's cramped. Other than that it's lovely and the features are the best part. Internal lights, Bluetooth connectivity, aux cord capable
Chance was very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me at ease and comfortable. Made sure I was ok with everything and helped me understand everything deeper. It was a hard and big leap for me and I???m glad I decided to come here for it.
Gas saver poor audio bluetooth

It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself EVERYtime I drive, it DOES NOT sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law(Georgia). Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade,nor you will be upside down.
With my experience I would have to say this dealership has very respectful and knowledgeable employees, who are willing to make a persons buying experience the best they can receive.

This car was WAAAAAYYY too small, the buttons were displayed in a very confusing manner, it felt pije I didn't have good handling on it...wasn't a very confident drive. May be a good started car for a teen or something, just because of its size...but as an established adult....I would never buy this car for myself.
I have only owned it for a week, but so far it is great! It is very comfortable, although I have not sat in the back seat. : )
It is a better quality and a much sportier than the Ford Fiesta was when it first came out.
The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.

Fun to drive until my A/C quit. The PCM failed now it will probably cost me a thousand dollars to get it replaced. Warranty will only warranty the PCM if it affects the engine or transmission operation.
