Fantastic dealership!

I have already bought two vehicles from them and am planning to purchase my third. Each time, the experience had been nothing but top notch. Both vehicles were delivered to me from our of town and the salesman was ultra-responsive via email, text, and phone. Each time, I knew what the cost of the vehicle would be out the door before ever stepping into the dealership. Never wasted one second in the "let me talk to my manager" game. This is the way car buying should be!

Very good but minor flaws

I bought this 2006 Ford five hundred in 2009 15,000 miles on it with 80,000 mile warranty . 6 disk CD player junk jammed and ruined all the CD I had in it within the 1st year replaced it with a blue tooth with built in amp which made my speakers work better . It goes through brakes n tires fast the a/c went out after 3 year s. The door holds water heater which in 2018 has rusted a spot out I seen alot of five hundred with same rust spot. That was the bad . The good I only have changed the oil in the car every 5000 miles and at 151,000 besides A alternator and a few batteries and brakes and tires I never changed A belt plug or anything else. Super comfortable little road noise. Transmission is ok I don't like it's sealed I never flushed it and at this point I won't at 30,000 they wanted almost 300,00$ to flush it the upper motor mount is junk. Comfortable ride but needed a 5.0 liter instead of 3.0 overall repairs I give it 4stars comfort 5 and gas mileage 3in a half

Great people
by Anthony Owens from Minot, ND
November 6, 2018

I live in Minot, ND and contacted John to see about a vehicle for my mom that lives in Hope Hull, AL. John told me "Send your mom here and I will take care of her." My mom bought a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser and John told my mom if she found anything wrong with it he would fix it. My brother Mike checked out the vehicle and found a few minor problems that needed to be fixed. My mom took it in today with the list, John took the keys and took it to be fixed, no questions asked. Even though I don't know Joe or John personally, I can honestly say they are great people. Not only did they earn my moms business, they earned the families business. I will always remember what they have done for my mom and will recommend them to friends and family for as long as I live. Thank you John, you have made my mom very happy. And she means the world to me. Anthony Owens Minot, ND

I am a senior and this is the first Ford car I have ever owned. I bought my 2006 Limited AWD with 74,000 miles for $5,000. I’m not a Ford guy but this car drove great, was easy to get in and out of, and loaded with all options. It is very peppy when you ne d it and not under powered at all and I have had Maximas and turbo cars. Did have my mechanic put in new ac unit and condenser for around $600., but overall car is great. Would buy again. Drove in 5 inches of snow this winter and was like a tank making new tracks.

A-One buying experience
by Rick Erdman from Hegins, PA
November 5, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.3 (155 reviews)
In July of 2015 I was in the market for a full sized pickup truck. I came across Small Town Auto in Hazleton and inquired about a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 they had in their inventory at a price that was within my budget. Owners Henry and Jeff went out of their way to see that I could purchase this truck by checking several different sources of financing and the short end here is that I now own the truck. Prior to my signing the paperwork they took it for a ride to be sure it was in good condition and found that there were potential problems with the transmission. They had repairs done to be sure I wouldn't have any issues and since it was still being serviced on the day I was able to go to the dealership they DELIVERED it to me the following day! THAT is customer service above and beyond any other used car dealer I have ever dealt with. Every used vehicle is sure to have a failure of one of three critical parts within the first year regardless of how well the dealer prepares it and this held true for my truck. The water pump, starter or alternator are the three typical parts I would expect to fail. In my case the water pump froze 25 days after I bought the truck. Small Town had the truck brought to their dealership, repaired the pump and I went to pick it up the following day, ready to roll! Again this is customer service second to none. I recommend that anyone looking for a good used vehicle with a dealership that backs up their sales 100% visit Small Town Auto in Hazleton.

i owned a SEL with AWD for 9 years and loved almost everything about it. Except ford decision to change the brake proportioning valve and the brake linings. it used to stop beautifully giving you that feeling of being pulled into your seat. Now, just like every other American made car, lunging forward to a stop.

The Easiest Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had
by Lisa from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (214 reviews)
I've historically been a lower-price new car buyer who pays cash and keeps and carefully maintains a car for many years. This time around, still intending to pay cash and keep the car for a long time, I decided to look for a higher-end used car of recent vintage in order to combine a higher level of comfort and reliability with a good value for the price point. I was more than a little nervous about the type of dealership, quality of vehicles, and the kind of sales experience I might encounter. My experience with Sevag Motors put my concerns to rest from the moment we walked in the door. First of all, the car I ended up purchasing (a 2014 low-mileage BMW sedan) proved to be exactly as described when it popped up in my Carfax search, obviously well-maintained and beautifully presented in the showroom at a remarkably reasonable price given the low mileage and excellent condition. Philip Sevag was pleasant, completely professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the car, taking plenty of time to thoroughly explain its many features to me and my husband in the showroom and during our test drive. Best of all, once we returned from the test drive, he left us completely alone to discuss and decide. Absolutely no pressure and no hard sell, just a salesperson who knows they have a good product and a good reputation of long standing. When we decided to go home and consider it further, he thanked us politely for coming in, encouraged us to call if we had any questions or needed additional information, and didn't try to pressure a sale. When we returned and made the purchase three days later, Philip took at least 30 minutes to sit in the car with me, as the primary driver, and explain every single aspect of its operation clearly to make sure I understood all of the features and controls (an interior very different from any car I've owned before) before I drove away. Overall, my experience couldn't have been easier or more pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Philip and Sevag Motors if you're in the market for a top-quality used car.

Everyone should buy a car from Patrick Collins
by Paul Bliss from DealerRater.com
November 6, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.3 (1636 reviews)
I've had my 1st car, a second hand 95 Buick Lesabre for about 5 years, and the whole time I had it I have admired Mazda vehicles from a distance. One minor fender bender was enough to total my car and get me searching for its replacement. To that end, I encountered Patrick Collins when I entered Sill-Terhar Motors, Mazda Dealership. I came in with specific Mazda 6 to try out. We quickly took it out for a test drive, and after driving it I had a couple concerns about that car. Patrick suggested few others vehicles they had on the lot to try out; a low mileage 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback, and a pair of 2016 Mazda 6's with around 40,000 miles on the clock. I found that the Mazda 3 (while great value) wasn't for me. The 2016 Mazda 6, on the other hand, was very nice, but I had some concerns about the reliability of Mazda vehicles. I have only ever had GM products in the past, and I am just unfamiliar with common problems for Mazdas. To address my concerns Patrick took me to speak with a member of the service department who did establish, to my satisfaction, that current generation of Mazda 6's did not suffer from any particular pattern of mechanical failures (which is what my online research had suggested). This left me with two concerns about the specific 2016 Mazda 6 I looked at (and liked the best out of the cars I drove). First, it was an ex-rental car, and secondly, the car sounded a little rough at idle on initial startup. While it is common for the Mazda 6s to idle at a higher RPM on startup to warm the combustion chamber/catalytic converter (which is stated in the owners manual), I thought that the car sounded off. Almost like the ignition timing was slightly out of adjustment (which is impossible since its computer controlled). In the end, that "rough" idle was probably within the spectrum of what is considered normal for these cars. However, the "rough" idle, combined with its history as a rental car caused me to pass on that car. At the end of that day, while I didn't buy a car from Patrick (because of my concerns with that specific car), I think everyone should. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient, and he is the lowest pressure salesmen I've ever met (seriously, I could easily have forgotten I was car shopping). He is a genuinely nice person, and should I need to buy a car in the future he would be my first call.

Very neat car, cavernous interior, but not too big to drive. Love the handling, does what you want it to do, Has AWD so a little slow at the first acceleration, but No problem passing at HWY speeds. Rides so smooth, like a car that cost way more! very handy controls that you don't have to fumble for. Roomy trunk.. Ford was onto something with these! Just had all breaks replaced, and a electric issue with wires at censors near computer. I feel safe with my daughter driving this, and even she thinks it's cool.

Dealer personnel can make or break the deal
by Bruce G. from Ponce Inlet, FL
November 6, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.3 (157 reviews)
New car buying just isn't fun anymore. Every publication designed to help buyers negotiate is also privy to dealers, which all contribute advertising money to those same publications, so each party to a "negotiation" already knows what the other side is likely to come in with. There is no "secret" intel just for buyers anymore, and insurance companies, AAA, etc. all offer buying services. In some ways the "no haggle" car outlets make some sense in the current environment. The buying experience is now dictated by the quality of the dealership personnel dealt with, and in our case at Deland Kia we had a wonderful new salesman, Barry, assisted by a Kia distributor rep who was also a pleasure to work with. We ended up with a deal that we believed fair, but then nobody but the General Sales manager really knows if we did well or not. The inevitable bottom line is that when you drive off in a new vehicle, the dealer made money. And that's why they're still around with vehicles on display. Otherwise we'd be buying sight unseen off the internet.

George is very personable and treats you with respect. He has comprehensive knowledge of his cars (mostly Cadillac or luxury vehicles) and their features. He is generous with his time and knowledge and works to ensure you find a car that appeals to you and fits within your budget. He also goes out of his way to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase and that it meets the expectations that he communicates to you. His word is good and he backs it up with action. I purchased a beautiful car from him and he stood behind every commitment that he made. Rare these days. If you are looking for a solid pre-owned car call George. Whether you find it there the first time or not you can't go wrong. I was a first time buyer and have no ties to George or Elite Motors

My husband bought a 2002 Mercury Marquis on Sat Jan 30th 2016 after 18 miles the check engine light came on. We took it to our mechanic who told us it needed a tune up, intake manifold and gaskets. My husband called Jack who told him to bring it back in. We took it back to Mark, the service mechanic. They replaced all the spark plus, manifold, thermostat and gaskets. When we took it back to our mechanic he told us how impressed he was with all the work they did. Very happy!

I was referred to this dealership by another who could not provide me with a vehicle in the down-payment range I had to work with. Team Chandler is absolutely amazing. They were able to work with my down payment, an abandoned vehicle fee on my license and most importantly went above and beyond to see that I was able to get a car that I needed. They truly cared about me as a person in need and not a commission or sale. If you need a car, have credit issues and down payment limits, check out Auto Action on Arizona Avenue in Chandler, AZ. They will go the extra mile for you because they truly care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Richard, Joe, and Melinda!!!!!! Tell them Moki sent you and that she says hi!

I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.

This car is worth every penny! I bought it with 96,xxx and now have 187,xxx. we took it on a trip from Maryland to Michigan and got 515 miles on ONE tank of gas! My 3 kids can fit in the back seat with no problems. Trunk is VERY large. Its looks may not be a show stopper but i still love to drive it.

For a preowned auto dealership i was amazed at the beautiful facility. The staff goes out of their way to be certain you are comfortable and then they ask you what your perfect vehicle would be. Once the questions are answered they go out into their giant inventory and find exactly what you need. Brian Lux & Allen Henry are awesome and welcome me every time i come in like i am family. I have brought many friends and family there and all of them are so happy with their vehicles because the best car deal doesnt mean cheapest price. Paying a few hundred more for a truck that is in perfect running condition and is a local one owner is a far better deal than payin a couple thousand less for a Canadian, who knows how many owners, that is rusted through. I am a customer forever!!

I'm 48 and best car I've owned

I bought my 2007 Ford 500 Limited FWD in Dec 2016. It had 182K miles on it, but the outside looked great, and the inside was like new. Didn't want to pay $3500 considering the miles, but I was in a jam and I knew it had been taken care of. 2 Years later, and I now have over 218K miles on it, and not a single thing has broken. Not one. The only thing I did was replace the front break rotors because I was getting some vibration on breaking, but it wasn't bad and that is really just normal wear and tear. The only other times it's been to the mechanic has been for oil changes. And because I use synthetic oil I got anywhere from 6,000 - 8,000 between oil changes, and I still haven't had to add a drop of oil. Even with all the miles on it, it doesn't use or burn any oil. Note - the AWD version has an early CVT that had issues. From what I've seen, all the complaints are about that. I have the FWD, and although the downshifts are a bit clunking sometimes, they have been that way since I bought the car and have not gotten any worse at all. My mechanic (a Ford guy) says they are known to make some noise when downshifting sometimes, but that it isn't a sign anything is wrong, and the FWD transmissions do last a long time. Also, I drive probably 80 highway, 20 city, and I get 25-27 mpg. And with a 20 gallon tank, you can drive a legit 500 miles + on a full tank. When (and IF) this car ever dies, I'll buy another, or a 08-09 Taurus, which is essentially the same car but with a more powerful motor and smoother transmission. They also get amazing reviews.

My experience at Future Ford was nothing short of a blessing😇, meeting with the sales team over the course of the interview to find out what Future Ford could do for me, it felt like I was talking to a group of people that I've known all my life, it seemed like we were just out of touch for a while and was just catching up, everyone I spoke to was empathetic and understanding, they wanted to make sure that I didn't leave with what I came for.🚘 They have done everything in their power even to help me, even bending over backwards 😅which I must say is kind of difficult for me at my age! 😆😆😆 I couldn't possibly think you guys enough, everyone at Future Ford, Brian O'Brien, Derek leggings quite a dynamic team, to these two I am in debt from the love that I have received from the both of them. I would highly recommend everyone that I we'll meet in the future and all my friends to come on down to future Ford and get an amazing deal on an awesome car just like I did! Five stars is too low of a score for them, even a perfect 10 is too low for this dealerships team! They have earned 100% in my record book! Everyone there is awesome! I think I might walk a few of those payments and so I could say what's up to the the crew! Thanks for making me part of the family, seasons greetings and blessings to everyone there Merry Christmas and may your New Year be wonderful! Yours truly, Ocie Smith

Most reliable car I have owned.

I purchased the Ford Five Hundred in 2013 and have had it ever since. It is a very reliable car and have not had any major problems with it. I love the cabin space, leather heated seats, and the sun roof. It is a very comfortable ride with user friendly features. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone who likes a lot of space.
