I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!
I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!
We drove 2 hours from Kansas for a used car that seemed too good to be true. I drove it home today! The owners and staff were very friendly and professional. A mechanic picked me up at the train station. They were very direct and honest. I will direct my 4 kids that way when they need their next car.
I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.
Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter had been difficult, but Marsh Auto Sales made it easy. They have 4 or 5 cars in my price range, with good looking vehicles for the price. I sent them an inquiry, and within 30 minutes received a reply to reach out to them with any additional questions. When I arrived, they not only had the cars I saw on Cars.com, but others, and I bought a car that evening. They fixed a couple of issues with the car (put a new light bulb in the headlight, and fixed a sticky door handle), and I picked it up the next morning. The best part was there were not a lot of additional costs. They only charge a paper work fee, but not a delivery fee and a cleaning detail fee, and they didn't charge extra give a printout of the carfax and fix the items I asked to have fixed. Great Experience!
NJ Auto Sales was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Scott, was understanding of my needs in a Sedan and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Not only did I get the car of my dreams ('07 BMW 328 Xi), I am paying a really low payment compared to where I thought I would have to pay. The atmosphere in the showroom is also pleasant. You can tell there is a real teamwork attitude among all employees, which is definitely different from the norm. I suggest everyone looking for a nice, well-priced car or truck to give these guys a chance. Thanks again NJ Auto!
I came in not knowing what to expect. The lady that helped me was nice enough to work with me even after the dealership closed. I did not feel pressured and she was very honest about the whole process and any applicable fees.
Scheduled services over the phone on Fri and arrived Sat and there was no record of the services I scheduled. All services were not performed on my car initially which caused my car to stay at the service dept until Mon due to my car being a fleet car and they did not verify services with fleet company before performing services. I had arrived Sat morning at 9am to drop my car off and had to wait for my vehicle until Mon because of their incompetence of handling a fleet car correctly. Will not be back there.
This was a great Black Friday shopping experience. I got a truck with less than 6,000 miles and a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on top of it . I would recommend this dealership for anyone needing a new vehicle. The entire place worked together as a team to make sure I went home with my dream vehicle. Thank you Hutch and the whole team. You did an outstanding job communicating with one another to make my car buying experience easy.
Compared to the dealer I dealt with the day before, this place was a stark contrast. I was at easy and didn’t feel pressured at all. Shannon was top notch and took her time to get to know me!
