The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction. Several employees worked late to finish the sale. I had a great conversation with the mechanic who stayed late also. Asking price was listed being thousands over book value so negotiating was an absolute necessity. Would recommend based on my experience.
Well, wow...where to start? This was my first pre-owned car buying experience with a lot and it could not have been more pleasant! My brother-in-law and I walked onto the lot and were greeted by a very nice gentleman,Fernando, who had a big smile & great sense of humor...He was very knowledgeable about the car he was showing us and let us ask tons of questions...He was not at all pushy but was very chill and let us take the car on our own to test drive it... They also gave me a very fair trade in deal on my PT Cruiser! The car I wanted needed new back tires and they had them installed asap at no cost to me after the sale.They were very helpful with a couple of other issues that came up and dealt with them in a very friendly and timely manner. Their finance/paperwork guy,John, was very helpful and also had a great sense of humor. Their purchasing guy, Michael, was extremely friendly and offered to wash my car when I went back a few days later to take care of some other business with them. I cannot praise these guys enough at AUBURN DISCOUNT AUTOS!! They dont just sell you a car and forget you...they make sure you feel well taken care of even post sale! This will be the only place I will ever go from now on with NO hesitation for all my future car needs! I absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a good deal on a good car and wants to be treated with the utmost respect and common courtesy!
Steve and Rob were very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful in trying to find the truck that we needed for our family. They gave us a fair trade on our trucks and we’ll definitely come back to Fugate in the future.
I have done a lot of car deals in my life and I've often felt pressured to buy. I did not feel pressured by Rodney and Travis at Bruce Titus Ford and was treated very well in my car shopping experience. I felt that I could trust the dealer. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle due to my trade in value, but will most likely do business with this dealership in the future.
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
