Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!

The car is perfect for cargo & passenger space, rides great & looks cool! The car handles the road very well & has a smooth ride for a large vehicle. Vehicle warms up quick in winter & has great sight lines & blind spot mirrors make car a safe & enjoyable experience.
The salesman Ken made the process effortless. He gave a superb presentation and cost analysis of other vehicles we were initially considering. Highly recommend Ken.

I've enjoyed driving this vehicle. It provides an excellent ride. Roomy, comfortable, and plenty of power. The AWD is awesome in winter. I love the Flex's body styling. It has great cargo room when needed. Seating for 7 comes in handy on occasion too.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. My wife and I used to buy from Palmen's. Enough said about that. We both have purchased several new vehicles from Martin's. The buying experiences were friendly with no pressure. There were none of the usual salespeople tactics. There was no waiting while the salesperson talked to his/her boss because we purchased directly from the boss. Service has been excellent from the first visit. We have never been treated this fairly at any other dealership, and we have been around for a few years. We would and have recommended Martin's to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I am currently on my second Flex I had a 2010 SEL which was great for a family with four teenagers. It had the two captin chairs in the front the bench second row and third row. 2 soccer players room for all their equipment. It was a great car so good in fact that in 2016 I traded up for a limited which is even more awesome than my first it has four captain chairs dual air conditioning front and back push button start and automatic lift hatch it also has navigation and sync 3 which is a big upgrade from the original sync. This car also has remote start. The best part for me is I can actually tow this car behind my RV without a problem at all and without putting any miles on the odometer. I highly recommend it.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

T-boned, and my door took the hit...jaws of life used to get me out...car did not roll because of the Flex wide and low style and their safety standards - superior quality safe vehicle by Ford... although it was totalled, I wasn't...and my pyrex cake plate made it too...bravo Ford. Can't wait to get another one someday..I'll fill that cake plate to celebrate when I do...Thanks for making The Flex 💪...sure had the muscle I needed that day!
I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

It's comfortable and can hold a lot of items for a farm family (bags of chicken feed, lumber etc.). It also can hold all my friends to go to the movies. And it's low enough for my 95 year-old friend to easily get into the front seat.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

I had the Ford Flex for a couple years and must say as a family hauler it is top notch!!! the interior layout is great with cupholders to spare, and the tech is amazing. the only thing I didnt like was the fuel economy. I had the 3.5 v6, NOT the ecoboost. I feel that the vehicle may have been a bit heavy for that engine, as well as the box design probably wasnt that great when it comes to wind resistance. the room and comfort was good though. I drove to las vegas from edmonton non stop and didnt experience any kind of pains after driving for 22 hours.
I just bought my second vehicle in about 6 months, and it was a great experience. Very relaxed with absolutely no pressure like other larger dealerships I have dealt lately. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who patiently answered all my questions. Will definitely buy from again.

This car is so zippy! The fact that I can pick up large amounts of gravel every time I leave my driveway. Our flex is now nearly 5 years old with over 100000 milesand I would still, 100%chose it over our 2018 VW Atlas. I noticed alot of reviews saying the seats are not supportive. THIS IS OPINION!!!! Both me and the rest of our family enjoy the soft seats that don't have "supportive" sides that jam into us at every akward angle possible. But truly this car is so fun and fast to drive. The only negative we have is the gas tank is not the world's largest. (May have to do with my driving habits as well).
Extremely easy, no pressure buying experience. Cesar my salesman, Frank the sales manager, and Larry the business manager all great to work with. I got a great deal on both my purchase and trade-in. Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet

We replaced our 2009 Flex with a 2017 Flex. We have loved our 2 Flex’s and are very pleased with the updates to the vehicle in the 8 years between models.
After waiting 5 weeks for a new F-150 at another local Ford dealer, I was let down by empty promises and poor customer service. The guys at Bull Valley Ford rescued me with a great deal and no BS!
