I have a very good experience with Toyota of Bedford. Everyone at the lot that I dealt with treated me like we were family. Kevin G, Vanja, and Raven all were great and I really enjoyed working with the team. I will be recommending Toyota of Bedford to all of my family and friends
I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!
Bought what appears to be a very nice used vehicle. Jon Kelley was our salesman and he did everything he promised and was not afraid to do whatever he said he would do. No pressure what-so-ever. Everything was done in a timely fashion and ready for my signature! One of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. Definitely recommend him. Will go back to him when in need of another car. Very impressive dealership.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
Al did a good job and was not pushy. I would deal with him again. He was honest and when we pointed out a few items about the car that needed fixed he was not quick to hide them like other dealers we were out.

Service at North Olmsted Nissan is and has always been very positive. They don???t try to sell you unnecessary service. They are always very helpful to my whole family. After my great experience with Mike Bass Ford, I was able to understand why so many people I know recommended taking my car to this service center. Before taking my car into Mike Bass Ford, I had taken my car in many times for service to a different dealership and had to call the dealership after several days to receive any updates. I dropped my car off to Mike Bass Ford on a Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next morning from Jon to discuss the findings. Jon was very friendly and professional from our very first conversation. He discussed and explained the plan to me and made it a point to make sure I had a complete understanding. Jon took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the plan. After talking with Jon I immediately felt confident that I had made the right choice by choosing Mike Bass Ford. Jon made it a point to make sure he provided me with any updates on the service. As a I mentioned before, I have had unsatisfactory experiences with a different dealership, even to the point where I was uncertain if I would ever buy a ford vehicle in the future. But Jon made for a GREAT experience. He was professional, friendly and very caring. He went above and beyond to make sure that that I was satisfied with the service I had received.
