Debbie, was the best sales representative. She answered all questions that we had and handled several of our immediate concerns with our car. We needed a minor engine repair and she immediately arranged to have the car looked at by a mechanic and gave us a loaner vehicle without us having to ask. I have been so pleased with this purchase and would definitely use 1st Choice Autos again.

Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was so helpful , patient and not pushy . they listened to our wants and desires ,led us to the vehicle we were looking for and helped us through the leasing process in a timely manner . I would recommend this dealership if considering a vehicle purchase .First time signing documents using the Docu pad system for purchase, it is fantastic.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
The customer service was great.
Andrew and his wife are always welcoming everytime I go pay my car note. I had a small issue with my car and Andrew contacted his dealer and got my car fixed and repaired within 3 buisness days. I have referred people from my church to AGN auto gallery as well.
Great place to purchase a nice quality luxury vehicle and or SUV
2 years ago, we purchased a new SUV (cheaper than Lexus) from a local dealership to save some $$ on payments -- I won't make that mistake again! I don't want to bash that dealership or brand, but the SUV had some cheap features we didn't notice at first such as the cargo liner made from a felt-like material; and at the last oil change they were already trying to sell us new tires. That was the last straw for us! Having owned Lexus cars in the past, we never had issues like these. So we traded in that SUV yesterday at Hennessey Lexus and came armed to the teeth with information to try to get the best value I could on a new NX300, and they more than met our expectations! Nick was great at matching the great discount we had gotten at another dealer and getting management to get us top $$ for our trade-in. Jin did a super job at guiding us through and understanding the options with no pressure at all to choose any options we didn't want or need. Once our purchase was complete, Danny sat with us in our new NX300 and explained all the features thoroughly, quickly, and calmly. And the customer lounge! Compared to the other dealership we dealt with for 2 years, it's like a Delta Sky Lounge versus the cramped and spartan environment you get at most other dealerships. I regret going with a different dealership and car brand two years ago, have learned my lesson - if and when we need another new vehicle, it will be a Lexus from Hennessey!
I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.
I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
I stopped in at Shottenkirk HONDA I was on my way out of town when my oil light went on stating I had 15 0/0 for my oil.I pulled over google nearest dealer and it was Shottenkirk HONDA.I been going to Ed Voyles since my relocation to the area in 2015.Well let me tell you Spencer greeted me before I could shut my car door. I got the oil change and I was advised that I needed a filter because mine was dirty. I was out of there and on my way within an hours time.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk. You are at Ed Voyles for hours holding your car hostage.Shottenkirk you have me as a customer

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

Buying a car was no problem, however when trying to reach customer service it took me 2 weeks to speak with a person...after finding the problem, they push me off to the Jeep dealer for repair. I understand what as is mean... but with in my first 30...show some concerns. Make me think they knew there was a problem all alone...ijs
