I have had a few issues with my car. I will most likely never purchase another Buick but the service team is great! My advisor goes above and beyond to assist in getting my car repaired. Thank you Mark for your customer service.
Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

As, I told you yesterday, your service is the best I have ever received from any dealership and I have dealt with Mercedes, Audi and Cadillac. It is so refreshing to have an agent that cares about your car and your needs and handles everything with no stress to the client.
