Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
Capitol Ford is an amazing dealership whose customer service practices are top tier! Bought my 2018 Ford Edge Sport yesterday and it was a flawless experience. I have bought new cars before and it has been a painful process like you wouldnt believe. Capitol Ford, in particular the salesman we worked with Thomas, was so professional and wanted to make sure all my needs were met. Thank you for working with me and making the car buying experience smooth. I will recommend this dealership to friends looking for Fords. Thanks!
Small engine, but plenty of power

This Ford indeed gets over 40 MPG on the highway. I will be getting 516 miles on a 12.4 gallon tank for the first week of driving the vehicle on the highway.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

The car met all my needs like backup camera, Stylish feature like Sunroof/Moonroof, Gas Saver more miles per gallon. Bluetooth, Rear defrost, Power windows are added advantages.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
Not for me, but is a great vehicle!

For me, this vehicle was too small. However, my son owns his 3rd one, and my friend is on her 5th one, and they love them. The car is reliable, practical. I needed a little more space than what it had. Ride was smoother than I expected. I had no problems or hesitations with it. Great little car.
Ric Dickerson and Jay Cho we’re both amazingly helpful during my buying process. They both made me feel very comfortable and supported, and worked with me to meet all my needs. I highly recommend the Capital Subaru to buy your new Subaru!

I just got done with my lease of a focus se manual. It was a zippy little car but I dont miss it at all. I never had any issues with it at all so very reliable. I just didn't find it very comfortable plus there was nothing to it. It was a 20 thousand dollar car with nothing in it. Then I just got a 17 jeep renagade with all the options for 18 thousand and it sooo much better quality. You can just the better quality when you drive. Wouldn't recommend the focus
Great service kind employees. Got all the answers to the questions I had. I called them to get a price on one of their trucks and a little bit of info and they probably called me back and told me everything I need to know.
It's ok...not enough value for the cost

I leased the 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback, and bought it at the end of my lease to avoid mileage overages. It's too small, doesn't do great in snow, hesitates often, and doesn't really have much power. It's sporty looking which is fun, but overall the value has declined so much that I feel stuck in this car. Not great.
Amazing service and great people! Excellent experience to buy my new car

It’s a great car I put 100,000 miles on it in my first two years. I got 40 mpg average and 47 on the highway. Ford never advertised the car maybe because it only came as a stick. Have had no problems only maintance
Very nice overall vehicle, except for a few things

This car has been exactly what I needed when I needed to replace my 2002 Buick Century after it died of old age. I love pretty much everything about it except for it's Automated manual transmission. Basically what this is, a computer handles shifting but the engine is setup like a manual with two clutches: one for the Odd gears and one for the Even. What happens with it is usually from a dead stop, trying to get going is difficult. The shifting has trouble from gear 1 to 2 and even sometimes to 3 but very rarely. This is not exactly a great function as any transmission slip is not good for any car. The other complaint is the lack of storage space. Yes I know it's a small car, but it's not what I thought in terms of space. Other than those issues, it's a great car for long highway driving with 39 HWY, and even as a college commuter vehicle with 26 City. Also very easy to maintain and very cheap parts.
Best dealership in Bay Area. The facility is extremely clean and modern.
