I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
I recently purchased a car from Florida Fine Cars. My Sales Representative was Keith Miller. I can honestly say it was the smoothest process with him. From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. Not a huge fan a car dealerships. For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. Keith Miller and Florida Fine Cars are the exception to the rule. Professional, up front and no haggling. Keith and the dealership get my highest recommendation!!!! ?

He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received
When my 2013 F150 3.5 ecoboost 4x4 needs service I'm not afraid to drive.
