Steve and Rob were very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful in trying to find the truck that we needed for our family. They gave us a fair trade on our trucks and we’ll definitely come back to Fugate in the future.
We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.
Excellent salesman that take he time to explain all about my new Honda CRV. Financial person take he times to explain all about the finances. And the first Car payment when is due date and though whom I finance with. Thanks.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
I went straight to Cameron and told him what I wanted, and he made it happen in a very timely manner! I have never had such a good experience car shopping. I was in and out of there in a couple short hours. I will highly recommend Cameron and this dealership to my friends. Thank you!
In 2006 I purchased a new F-150 Lariat 4x4 CrewCab. I???ve put over 120k on it in the last 12 years and have absolutely loved it. A few weeks ago after admiring my friends Raptor I started to get the new truck itch. I started doing my research to find the truck I wanted. I found three dealers in the South Puget Sound with the truck I wanted. I have always loathed the car buying experience- especially the negotiation part. I called Titus-Will first and spoke with Cameron. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Unlike some of the other dealers I contacted he was willing to listen and work with me. In fact a Ford dealership in Olympia was completely unwilling to work with me. I decided to make an appointment to meet with Cameron. He was great to work with throughout the process. The sales manager and I hit a bit of a crossroads on the price. Since we were also in need of a car for our almost 16 year old daughter we decided to see if we could use the stalemate to our advantage in getting a good deal on a used car. He was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for for the way Cameron took care of us today. We also had a great experience with Shelly the finance manager. We walked away today with a brand new fully loaded 2018 F-150 RAPTOR and a 2014 Subaru Forester. Thank you for making this process a great experience.
Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a Ford car or service I strongly suggest you go to Lakewood. They made not only my day, but my trip. Shannon Sylvia Blaine, Wa
