I came in on a whim and told the car salesman, Brenden, what I wanted, what my budget was, and he never once made me feel pressured. He showed me what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He worked so well with me and later with my husband and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! After the sale, when we have had questions, he is so willing to answer questions and be helpful, and always with a smile. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go and see him!!!
Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
Flew in from SoCal for a special 2015 Camaro Convertible I found on line. My sales rep was Emily. She had everything ready including a detailed car and all paperwork. She made the process easy and stress free. Emily invited me to have a quick lunch while I was there. The dealership puts out a deli sandwich and pizza spread on Saturdays. If the dealership can make a transaction this easy for an out of state sale, I imagine local sales would be a breeze.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
As Usual a lot of people waiting. The representative was very nice and pleasant. You meet new people in the lobby while waiting. It made the visit and wait not so time consumming. I would recommend your Service to anyone. I wish my oil change wasn't so expensive.
My teenage daughter found the car she wanted. We sent an email, received a phone call, took the car for a test drive, took it to our mechanic to have it checked out, told them we wanted it AND now it is ours. The staff at Subaru of Wichita were all very nice and professional. Thank you!!
Went in to get my current car serviced and came out with a new car! I had been looking around for a few months now since my current vehicle was not working for me any longer. I needed extra seating and a bigger vehicle than what I had. While I was waiting, they were very nice and showed me around the lot. I found exactly what I was looking for and had a great time. Andrew in the service center was very nice and professional. Jackie was the best and financing was easy. I would definitely tell people to check them out.

I recently bought a new Forester from Subaru of Wichita and was very impressed with every step of the purchase process. However, today their service department went above and beyond! Recently I had a flat tire and had to put the spare put on to get to the dealership. They very quickly repaired the tire, took off the spare and put it back and I was on my way. Once again, I was very impressed! However, in the days following the repair I developed a rattle in the back of the car. I took everything out and attempted to find the rattle with no luck. It kept getting worse so I called the dealership and they said to stop by and they would check it out. I did so today, and they spent 45 minutes trying to find the rattle with no luck. So, the chief mechanic was called to take the car for a drive and see if he could determine the problem. Sure enough, he did! Unbelievably, the rattle was from my husband not putting my new license plate holder on firmly!!! After all the time they had spent on the car they would not take a penny. Just said thanks for coming in and come back soon. WHAT A DEALERSHIP! QUALITY PEOPLE. QUALITY CARS!!
