Be very careful trading in a german car because the used car manager ( he came from the Dodge store) doesn't know how to book out a german vehicle at all (appraise) He did this once before to us and he hits the car so way back of actual trade in value it makes me think he doesn't know what he's doing or he just doesn't want the car. Either way I feel bad for this dealership because it cost them a deal. Mike the GM is a great guy just be careful if you trading in a used euro car. Still a good group of guys but need to learn about real german cars.
Scott was absolutely great! He was full of information and was very fun to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed into buying but knew that he would be there to help with any questions along the way. Great customer service, great environment, great truck. The folks at Archie Cochrane Ford always take care of my Escape--I don't take it anywhere else. They get to it quickly, don't cost me an arm and a leg, and keep it running well. I'm quite happy with the service department at Archie Cochrane Ford and I recommend it to my friends and anyone who asks me for a good auto mechanic.
It was easy to schedule an appointment for the service. The latest service involved The Works oil change and a recall notice repair. Both were handled at the same appointment and completed by the time I requested. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always know I can depend on them for any service I need.

These guys right here are the most stellar group of individuals I've ever met. We got stranded out in Jackson hole with a broken front differential, way off the beaten trail. I called Jackson Hole Ford and got in contact with Fred Vatter, the service director at JH Ford. Fred had no reason to help us in our circumstances, yet he decided to call a tow truck for us, help us find a place to stay for the night within walking distance of the shop, and do a diagnosis on our truck free of charge. I've never met people who are so kind-hearted, and willing to help someone who is in a bind. Believe it or not, Jackson Hold Ford restored my faith in humanity - you'd be a fool not to buy a truck from them or get your car serviced by them.
