We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.
When dealing in real estate, you often hear.....location, location, location. In our search for a new vehicle, our salesperson, Scott Skalski, was.....no pressure, no pressure, no pressure. He went the extra mile to try to meet our needs. We felt that he cared about as individuals, not just a customer. If you're looking for a vehicle, we would highly recommend Scott Skalski.
I’ve been to at least 7 dealerships looking to purchase a used car and every single one of them have been absolutely horrible and there sales people don’t try to sell a car or help you but here it was completely different they took me through every step of the buying process and let me take the cars out for test drives and take pictures as well also they are very friendly and want to help you and are interested in helping you and are very generous, if you are looking to purchase a used car from this dealership I highly recommend Richard Alaniz he’s a super nice guy and is super generous and really wants to help you in every way possible he is a very well spoken charismatic guy who you will be gurenteed to like and he’ll make you laugh and make you feel apart of the dealership family he is by far the best sales guy in the whole dealership and I hope you guys get to meet him I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend Richard Alaniz
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
My experience with Mike Bishop was awesome. After being turned down at 3 places , I was recommended to see him . He got me the SUV I wanted the same day . I’m trying to contact him for 5 other family members that wants new vehicles. When I called for him , I was told he no longer works there . Mike is the best salesman I ever had . After getting my car , out of his own pocket, he treated me and my family to dinner as a token of his appreciation for our business. I trust Mike Bishop and only him , not saying that no one else there is bad .... but Mike worked with me and my so so credit and got me what I wanted . From the show room to the service department to the body shop this dealership is the best I’ve ever had the privilege to patronize. The entire staff in this dealership is by far the best group of people I have ever encountered.
I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
Traveled from Ohio for an F150, did not get along with an arrogant salesperson the first time around. Worked with Michael Bailey the second time around and was totally different process, good communicator and genuine personality. My advice if you see a good deal and get rubbed the wrong way, ask to use a different salesperson, there are decent people there.
