I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
The whole process from start to finish was stress free. Richard was a pleasure to deal with. The car was ready when promised and he did an outstanding job explaining and showing the new features of our new Edge.
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint
Ended up not buying the car, but only because my son didn't like the color.
Pleased with seller that let us go test drive on highway and offered us to have car inspected at our mechanic.
I will be coming back here in the future for sure.
