I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Finding out about a design flaw on my 2017 Transit cut off was disheartening. Ford chose to use the cheapest Suspension knowing Thor would be adding weight that would reach capacity before the consumers personal cargo is irresponsible and inconsiderate and down right sneaky.
I had to drive past our local dealership to Fritts Ford. The reason was because of their determination to get me the best deal and quality service, and they had the car and truck that I was looking for. The people are great and very helpful, especially when your vehicle needs service. It is quick and done right. They seem to work very hard to make buying and owning a Ford very easy and a pleasant experience.
Walked onto the lot to just browse their selection but knowing exactly what I had in mind for what I wanted. Moe helped me browse and we found the car for me. It wasn???t my dream color but the features inside surpassed my expectations and made up for it. Zee got right down to business and cut me a great deal! Happy with my experience here.
Great place to get you car or truck repaired. I have had all my cars and my truck repaired and serviced here for the last year and a half and had great service from the quick lane employees every time.

Once the details of the car I wanted were shared over the phone, Edwin found the exact car requested! When I told Edwin what I wanted to pay, he got it approved! When I said I was working and couldn't come to the dealership til late, Edwin said he'd be there, no problem. When I arrived at the dealership, Edwin was there to greet me. I test drove the car. The deal was done, written up and waiting for me. I was out of there in less then an hour from the start of the paperwork process to the end. Speedy, fast, friendly service. Just the way I like it. No haggling salespeople. We were able to shop around without someone following us everywhere. Although, I will say I think they should have more things for kids to do or eat. We had a very good experience and this was my family and I second time visiting this location. Awesome team!!
