I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
Bought a 16 Explorer. The dealership did the repairs as promised. Working with Vernon McDonald through the whole process what great. Highly recommend both Vernon and the dealership.
