I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

Went with my wife to buy mats for her car and just happened to see a like new 2011 Honda Pilot that I just had to have. In the past I've always put car dealerships in the same boat with shyster lawyers. Eddie Laguana and Bubba Smith were both helpful, courteous and professional. If all the Five Stars sales force reflects their example then Five Star is the premier dealership in Texas. Being 78 yrs old I don't know if I will be buying any more cars but if I do Five Star, Eddie and Bubba will be my first choice !!!

I love this car. It is very reliable and efficient. Its more spacious than I expected and it handles well for all of the traveling I do
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
The service was great with Mr Church, the problem was they left oil spillage on the chassis and returned home to find out the next day oil drips on the garage floor !!!

First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
Awesome service center. Erin and Zeeshan took great care of me and my truck. I didn't purchase my vehicle from here but I will however be purchasing future vehicles from this location because of how well I was taken care of.

I like the looks of this car, it has everything I need for the car. Also this car has good gas mileage and good price.
Couldn't be more happy with my experience to date. Erin's smile when she greets you makes you feel very welcome, then she backs that up with the way she interacts with you!

I like smaller cars, but I'm 5'10" with really long legs. This car is very comfortable.
It gets better gas mileage than the estimate on the sticker.
I got the hatchback, it's great for hauling large items.
While it's not the peppiest car in the world it gets the job done. Great on corners. Drivers view is not impeded like I found in many cars I tested.
If you want to have long legged people in the back seat I'd look elsewhere.
I am so impressed with the level of service I get at Bill Utter. My service advisor, Erin, is very thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I know I can call her with whatever problem I have and am confident it will be done right. She and the service team went above and beyond to fix a road noise on the underbelly of my car (that I purchased at another dealership) that no other dealership had been able to locate and fix. I will continue to take my car to Bill Utter and Erin.
Ford Focus is fabulous.

I hate buying cars. It???s a long drawn out process where half the time I don???t even drive off in the car I came in for. Charles changed everything and was such a breath of fresh air! It all started when my husband and I were searching for a good deal on USAA where we came across a Ford Escape. It wasn???t even a minute after we clicked on the search button when the phone starts ringing with Charles on the other line ready to help us. First of all, my husband and I are very busy and Charles was the first to understand that. He handled EVERYTHING online for us! I was able to send him everything through email and if I needed anything I could get it done through text message. We agreed on price and told Charles we only had an hour and after that we were leaving. Charles assured us both that everything will be done at the price we discussed. At first I thought it was all fake and was waiting for the typical car sale but my husband and I decided to give Charles a shot and made what he called a ???VIP Appointment??? with him that afternoon. When we showed up, talk about FIRST CLASS SERVICE! He had the vehicle we WANTED parked up front ready for us to take home! My husband and I sat in the tv room where Charles brought everything to us! The vehicle was priced at EXACTLY what he promised us and we signed right there. After signing, Charles introduced us to Steven in service who is our go-to-guy for all our oil changes and service. After meeting Steven, we met Ben Perry in finance who was so amazing and helpful. Ben got us taken care of quickly and was very efficient. As soon as we were done, Charles was waiting for us outside with two sets of keys and taught us everything about our vehicle. We told Charles that we could only stay an hour but we didn???t mind spending an extra 30 minutes with him. He wanted to make sure we understood how to use our new Escape. He hooked up both my phone and my husbands and even fixed it here we could start our car with our phone! It was an amazing experience and I???ll definitely be back every time I???m ready to purchase a new Ford!
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
Last month I had the pleasure of dealing with Travis Trupiano in the service department for my F250. His prompt and professional attention went way above my expectations and has renewed my faith in OEM service centres. Thumbs up to whatever they are doing there to manage this level of service. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
