Chuck took the time to explain all the features and benefits of the new car and find the best fit for us! The management and finance team did due diligence to put together several offers and scenarios for us so we were able to make the most informed purchasing decision. Tony in finance was compassionate and professional. This is a dealer that genuinely cares about the customer. It is also exceptionally convenient as they were able to do the inspection and registration all in house as well!

I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Brittany was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave the best demo with attention to every detail, and certainly was not pushy (which is a criticism I have had with other dealerships). An all around enjoyable experience....wonderful interactions with the sales manager, finance manager and Jack Madden. Beautiful new service facility with exceptionally friendly staff.

Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! I had the best customer service experience at this dealership (Toyota of Watertown). Other employees are also very friendly and professionals. Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
Every call was responded to and on a personal level, Customer Service from all was top notch. Sales associate Lynda was very totally involved in my satisfaction and was very personal and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Very trustworthy service.
Mike Churchill as always was very kind and worked with my schedule to get things done quickly. Even stayed after hours to help me pack my new truck up when I was late coming to pick it up
