I had an accident with my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Wanted to replace so I used internet. Found two in Wisconsin, four and a half hour drive. Picked Brantmeier to be my first stop. Met Keith and was very comfortable with him and loved the car. Everything worked great and I owned new car that day. Very pleased with car, salesman, and finance process. GREAT BUSINESS!!!
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.
I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!

I called Barb in Service and told her my remote died on my car and could not open or close my doors. I tried replacing the batteries and nothing. She got me in right away to have it looked it. The tech. reprogrammed my existing remote as well as programmed a new one and everything worked again.
I have always dealt with Barb. at the dealer in Service because she takes great care of me and my car. Never a hassle, always up front and is the greatest in my book and why I always go back for any work my car needs. She is my go too person for everything and is the best.

Great customer service! We told our salesman what we were looking for, gave us options that fit our needs and budget. He was right on, they were all great!! Once we decided on the one we were driving home, it was a very easy and quick process. This is our fourth vehicle from this dealership, every experience has been this wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future when it's time to trade in for newer or vehicle needs change.
After having had a previous positive experience at Maritime Ford-Lincoln, I decided to take my car back again to see if Service could figure out why my car wouldn't start. Jeremy and Igor were so friendly and helpful. And it turned out that I just needed a new battery. Thanks for being my "go-to" guys for Service.
We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!
The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.
