THE SALESMAN THAT ASSIST WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE. BRANDON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME IN GETTING IN AND OUT OF MY TRUCK.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greenville Sports & Imports in NC. I found the the entire buying process to be very satisfying. The sales team and associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing some hurdles for an out of state buyer. They even went as far as to send the car back to their service department for a second inspection when I told them I was coming. It was then discovered that the vehicle (2007' Cadillac STS V8 Luxury) had faulty rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors. Sports & Imports covered the cost of these repairs without hesitation. I then made the 526 mile trip home with no issues whatsoever. Price was reasonable, at a little over $1000 below market value I ended up with a quality used vehicle. Eric is wonderful he was only one willing to help me after I have went to many dealership. I don't have the best credit but he got me into a car very clean and nice. Love ¿¿ it and I got 2 year warranty on transmission.
Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!
I have bought both new & used vehicles here over the past 10 years. I have always been treated fairly and with utmost respect. There is no better service department anywhere locally. They became my dealer of choice because of their service department.
It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right
My 2008 F-350 Super Duty had to be towed in to Wynn Odom's service department. Needed a complete overhaul. So, the sales team was on stand-by, just in case my truck had more damage than value. That was so Cool of them, but, amazingly, Wynn Odom's service department was able to rebuild my truck! Runs luxuriously smooth... better than the day I got it! Even raised the cab, so it sits taller and looks/feels much better... I am thoroughly impressed with ALL of the work they put into my truck. So, my search for treasured truck doctors has ended with Wynn Odom Ford.
Bought a new Tundra from George at Goldsboro Toyota. He delivered my truck to my door in NJ and picked up my trade 550 miles away! Great price and amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal. George, you the man!
Jonathan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about car and informative about features available on the car I was looking at as well as others on lot. I reached out to him by email through cargurus site initially. He was quick with response to my questions and concerns. That is why I chose the Toyota over the Impala and Mazda.
