Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
Great job getting me out of my lease with little negative equity and into a beautiful 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The salesman Jim Kelly is a pro and a straight shooter, he cares about his customers and the vehicle he is selling. Only con is the high interest rate you must accept to make the deal, but you can refinance with your own bank, small inconvenience for the great deal I received. I highly recommend Jim Kelly and this dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The service at St James Volkswagen was excellent from beginning to end the gentleman who helped me was very professional and courteous. VIKING WAS THE BEST.IM A WOMAN AND THEY DIDNT CROWD ME.THEY LET ME TAKE THE CAR BY MYSELF TO TEST DRIVE.THEY WERE PROMPT ON PAPER WORK AND PREPING CAR FOR DELIVARY.NOT ONLY DID THEY GIVE A 1MONTH WARRENTY THEY GAVE BETTER 3MTHS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO.BUT THAT SHOWED ME THEY BELIEVE IN THE QUALITY OF THIER BUSINESS N CARS.I GOT A SEXY 2005 SEBRING SPORTS 2DR 3.0 LIMITED EDITION WITH SUNROOF.IT IS A TRUE DIAMOND IN THE RUFF I LOVE IT.IT DRIVES SMOOTH FAST,GREAT RESPONSE ,SUSPENTION,GREAT ON GAS.MILES WERE GOOD.NO MECHANICAL ISSUES.AND YOU MIGHT AS WELL SAY THEY HAND DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME.I RECCOMEND ALLTO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP.I AM CONTENT AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YEARS TO COME. I have bought several Fords from this dealership and never really felt the urge to write a review but after my last experience I felt I should share. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.
