I've purchased a lot of new cars over the years and have experienced a huge variety of sales people. My experience with Ali Kamal was perhaps the best ever. There was no pressure to reach decisions and I felt Ali was most concerned with providing me with the best possible fit for myself and my wife. We covered several vehicles (and prices) for a period of 2 or 3 days, and always felt Ali was especially sensitive to our needs. I feel we made a good friend, and the Highlander will be only the first of many new vehicles I will purchase from him.. Six stars on a 5 star scale.
This is the way to buy a car. Josh was prompt and regular with e-mail communication. Process was completely transparent with before and after photos freely shown. When we came for test drive, the key was given freely without any sales pressure. We knew we wanted to buy, and the whole process of closing the deal took 45 minutes.

Ninety-five percent of the cars on the lot are rebuilt, with prices that reflect that. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent. Our salesman, Brad, was helpful and knowledgeable. They submit your credit app to multiple lenders, so that there is competition. Ended up with the car we wanted at a good price and a very competitive rate. Only false note was offering an after-market warranty that has a poor online reputation. Made things as easy as they could be. Willing to show us cars that hadn't been rebuilt yet, in case we were interested and willing to wait, rather than pushing us to take something off the lot immediately. Car came with a decent set of tires, too.
Prompt responses when I emailed about a specific car. Test drove a few in addition to the one I wanted. Brian was very patient and helpful. Was disappointed that the one I originally chose didn't have an expection sticker, since they knew I was prepared to buy and pre-approved, but that is my only negative comment about this dealer. They fixed a cosmetic flaw we saw, and were very upfront about their cars having rebuilt titles. Offered to show "before" repair pictures of the vehicle. After I brought the car home I did notice a few other small cosmetic as well as sunroof issues, but didn't bother pursuing repair. Anyway, overall positive experience, I love the vehicle.
They go over and beyond to help you and get you what you want. We traveled 5 hours to buy a truck here and have had it serviced by them also. We will be back for our next vehicle. Just love the people and the place.
I just recently purchased a new ECOSPORT and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! The best vehicle ever. I love the way it handles, I love that it sits a little higher off the ground, I love the way it looks, I love all its features. The sales staff at Riley Ford is exceptional. Scott Osike helped me through the whole process with lots of patience. He really listened to what I was saying and was able to help me find just the right vehicle at a price I could afford. I didn't feel pressured to buy something that I couldn't afford. I really felt the "family" atmosphere of the business. I will definitely shop there again when it is time to replace my new Escape.
I wish that I could give a 10 star rating as that is the way I feel after purchasing my new Ford Explorer from Riley Ford. Casey was "Over the top" in customer service.... Honest, patient and very professional. I received quick responses to all of my questions. They truly made me feel like I was an important part of their business.
