We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
I had a great experience at this dealership! The people were friendly and made the process easy especially with my husband being deployed. They tried to give me something I wanted and didn???t try to push me out of my price range! Would recommend this place to anyone!
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.

We just bought a 2012 Acadia from Eddie. It was a great experience. Eddie was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We also had to bring kids with us and the staff was excellent with finding things to help entertain them. I???d highly recommend Rocky Mountain.
I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
I just have to say that car shopping as a woman can be daunting.. Greg Baker, Joe and Martin (pronounced Mar-teen) were fantastic.. no pressure, took their time with me, were great with and patient with my 4year old and honestly worked with me to get me out of my troublesome vehicle into one I had been wanting for a few years now.. worked with me to get the trade in value I needed!! Steve and The Service Advisor on Duty assisted us in finding a replacement Battery and getting it promptly installed. (It is a rear trunk mounted battery and so it is NOT obvious.)
The Battery had been intermittently failing and we had visited this issue in the past at Phil Long.
Since the battery replacement and testing/verifying the charging system it has been stable and the vehicle has been starting.
I am disappointed that on previous normal service it was not inspected and noted that the battery turned out to be dated from 2008 and now 8 years old. This should have been noted or found sooner in my opinion but it is s TRUNK mounted obscure battery location.
I am now on my guard about the battery date and life expectancy. From now on all trunk mounted batteries should be checked as normal service in my opinion. i.e., a hidden battery still needs monitoring and a red flag at 4 years old. Thanks Maui Mike Callies.
