Regular maint. service on my ???15 CR-V went predictably well

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
I arrived at 3:30pm, without calling, and asked for an oil change. I didn’t know you had to make an appointment but Trent Durham still took my car and did the oil change. They were so kind, especially Trent, to me and it was a great experience.
Everyone from the sales person to management to delivery of the vehicle was friendly, professional and welcoming. Truck I bought is awesome and really enjoy it. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
We had an excellent experience in dealing with Michell Royle at Chalmers Ford. After looking locally for some time in our area (Florida) we discovered that the perfect Explorer was nowhere to be found close by. So we launched an internet search, and after dealing with double-talking salespeople all over the country we were becoming disenchanted with the process. So many quotes included rebates and incentives that never even applied to the purchase of a car (but rather, lease deals) and we found a lot of false advertising designed to draw us in.
When we spoke with Michell we made it clear that we needed the best out-the-door pricing including ONLY the rebates for which we were qualified. Our worst fear, after dealing with other salespeople, was that we would arrive to conclude the purchase and be confronted with price changes due to unrealistic quoting. Michell provided her best quote and worked with us on the military rebate as well as other incentives for which we qualified. She reassured us multiple times that there would be no surprises, and indeed there were none. When we arrived to pick up the car, we concluded the financing details with Jackie and were instructed by a technician in the operation of some of the technical features of the vehicle, which had been freshly washed and prepped for us.
We love our new Explorer and the transaction could not have been more perfect. Kudos to the folks at Chalmers Ford… they did a great job for us.
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx
The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.
Took my vehicle in. They fully serviced my vehicle in about an hour. Jeff called and when I went in a few minutes later, all I had to do was sign my name. Very courteod, efficient and qui k. As an older, single woman I don't often get that type of treatment.
I have been getting my car serviced at this location for over a year now and every time I go in they are extremely nice, respectful, informative and i get exceptional service on my vehicle. Thank you for always taking care of us!
Took both our Toyotas in for oil changes in November 2018. Got great service and no hassles or problems. Have been coming to LH Miller Toyota for past 12 years and would not want to go anywhere else in town. Brittany did great job explaining the service plans. I was lucky to get her as service advisor 2 weeks apart for both cars.
