I went in for an oil change since moving back to Warren. Mark Thomas has been around for awhile and well known in the area. This is my second vehicle I've taken there for service and I an very pleased.

I love this car. I have the Titanium hatchback and it is super sporty and fun to drive. The interior is comfortable and everything is perfectly located for the driver's convenience. The push-button start and keyless entry mean no more fumbling for keys -- just leave them in a pocket or purse and go. Sony stereo sounds excellent with a subwoofer in the trunk. You can't go wrong with this model.
Had key that I purchased on line for 2nd key and they were not able to program it because faulty key, I purchased another re cased oem key and they cut and programmed for no additional charge

I bought a 2014 with 47.ooo and had it 2 weeks and the double clutch went out and now the Ford dealer has it, I hope they fix it and it will last
Everyone treated us fair and were very friendly and helpful. Buying the car was fun and exciting. Rich did a great job of explaining the MKX to us. Worked out that after driving 203 miles, we were glad they took our 2009 MKX in on trade...considering the recall on the airbag is not fixed...and we did not want to drive it back to Michigan. Worked out well...we are a very satisfied customer and would recommend your dealership to everyone interested in a new or used 🚗. Have a great day😄!!!!

This car has everything I was looking for. The heated seats, and mirrors is an excellent option. The stereo system sounds fantastic. It's very sharp looking and the gas mileage is a plus. I love this car.
This car has been awesome for me...great travel car that has handled mountain driving, light snow, mud and heavy rain all extremely well. The seats lay flat so storage is ample and access easy with a hatch. Very sporty looking too! My shepherd Romeo also approves!

I did not get any deals in Erie and was shopping around online, looking for deals in Cleveland & Buffalo. I chanced upon this dealership and decided to try this and then go to Cleveland.
I was contacted by Jenna Villone-Hill whom I met later at the dealership. She was very courteous and so patient in showing us at least 10 cars before we settled upon the one we liked.....She explained the different options for us and never was there any pressure selling tactics.
We were explained all the options and got a "very good deal" in the end. I was not even decided when we went to the dealership but were sold and ended up buying our new car and on our way in a breeze - worth the 80 mile travel from my place.
The Finance Manager Wayne also helped us a lot in explaining the sale patiently to us and in comparing the different trims.
I would defintely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars and to score a great deal....and Jenna for walking you through the entire buying process like a deal.
Thanks Montrose Buick-GMC-Cadillac-Nissan and Jenna for the awesome experience.

The car was designed on a Euro model so to speak, Seems very continental, great engine, ok gas mileage, comfortable and seems to be more expensive than it is.
Only "repair" issue was water pump covered by warranty,
Definitely the manual was the way to go, easy to shift and fun driving, but my alternative reason was that everyone seemed to be complaining about the dual clutch auto which had issues of reliability but also drivers unaware of how to actually drive a dual clutch car.
The main complaint is the fairly large number of recalls, the latest is for a faulty computer reading of the gas pressure valve which can leave it stuck and collapse the gas tank and even make the car inoperable, Still waiting for a letter when I can get it fixed. Never had a car failure due to a recall issue, but a pain in the derriere to have to take it in for them.
Overall, got the car new for 11K so a good deal in the end for me.
Once the bugs are handled, if you buy the manual you'll get a pretty fun cheap ride that serves most purposes,
I went to Haus Auto Group Service Department to have them look at my 2009 Mercedes E350. I thought I needed new struts or it was a ball barring both of which I was expecting to cost over $1,000. After Richie the Service Manager looked over my car he told me it would be $200 fix. I made an appointment and not only did they fix my problem, they were on budget AND.......cleaned my car inside and out. Haus Auto Group does service work on all cars, trucks, and SUV's and this will be where I take my Mercedes for all my work and oil changes. Thanks Guys........I felt like I was in good hands! GREAT JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP FOR VEHICLES AND SERVICE!

The 2012 Ford Focus SEL for my use is a very user friendly and comfortable car for both city and highway driving. I the 160 HP motor is responsive, easy to pass with, and efficient on gas. The DCT transmission works well, but you have to get use to how they work. Ford has gone the extra mile in customer service to extend the mfrs. DCT transmission warranty to up to 200K as a customer satisfaction effort. This a good thing and welcomed by this consumer. Overall styling is very European and a fresh design for a North American car maker. GM tried but in MHO failed to deliver. I have been driving Mercedes Benz for a while and this Ford has made me rethink my options when it comes to my next purchase.
Great service from salesman. Salesman very curtious and not pushy.

Sporty and safe... even my kids think it's cool! I'm very happy with my new car. I am glad I got a car that was leased for only 3 years. Great value, low mileage and such a great overall value!
This car is a very reliable car, with good acceleration and good brakes. It includes cruise control and a backup camera. It is very cheap for its quality.
I didn't buy my truck at this dealership, but will look to buy my next here. The quick lane service has won me over. I got in every time on short notice, I own a 2014 Ford Escape and a 2015 F350 S Duty pick up. My truck has been here for every service since my 1st visit.
Thank You!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love the brakes and the take off. it is a smooth ride and does not feel like a small car. The trunk is small but serviceable but the overall look is sporty.
After shopping around several other dealerships, my wife and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman to look at a couple of used trucks we had seen online. We were greeted by Kyle Richeal who was a great, easy going salesman who actually knows how to listen. There's wasn't an ounce of pressure and he was immediately ready with prices and answers to our questions. He stepped back and let us shop and helped steer us when we were looking for something specific. He was nice enough to stay late and let us test drive although we weren't settling on a vehicle that day. The test drive was worth it. The used truck felt like new and we decided to buy. The truck was ready first thing the next morning and I've never had paperwork go quicker. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks Kyle and the team at Toyota of Boardman!

got the SE model with the 5 speed tranny, handles great, great acceleration , comfortable on the long haul, gets up to 40 mpg highway, 33 around town, only drawback is trunk space but it fits golf clubs, suitcase and full size cooler.
Yet another great experience at Preston Ford. We recently purchased a 2018 Ford Escape and just love the vehicle. Ford models seem to always give a lot of bang for the buck and this one is no exception. In this chilly weather the heated seats are a wonderful feature. Over the years we have also owned an F150, Contour, Taurus and Fusion and they have all been great.
Our salesman of choice, Greg Chismar, is always a joy to work with and makes the buying experience fun.
Preston Ford is conveniently located for us, however, we would go there for purchases and their top-notch service department even if it wasn't. Good hot chocolate, too!!!

After countless applications for a new car, Honestly, I have about 85 finance inquiries on my credit report now. I could not believe my ears when I got a call from Ed Smith(Sales Manager?) saying he was able to get me approved for a 2017 Kia Forte LX, however I had my sights on the 2017 Kia Forte S model. When I arrived, I was met by Tony, (he is an awesome salesman) as I walked in and gave him my documents to give to Ed. Tony went to get the Forte S for me to test drive. That was all it took because Forte S model that had the enhanced sound package. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle, and when we returned to the dealership after the test drive, Ed came to me, and I expressed, I really had my heart set on the Forte S. So he went back to the finance company and they approved me for the car. So we went ahead with the paperwork, Signed the documents, and Tony went over everything in the car before I left, even staying after they closed. Quality people at a quality dealership. I will never go anywhere else.

Most Reliable Car I've Owned To This Day!

This car has been nothing but reliable and road worthy. Brand new brakes and tires as well as semi-synthetic oil changes recently done. Air and Cabin filter changed first week of April. Car is ready to go to a new owner.
We have never left a car dealership feeling like we weren't just taken advantage of- wishing we would have gotten a better deal-until now. My husband is a disabled veteran who has been ill. We went somewhere else first and told them our budget and they told us they would show us what cars fit our budget. So they kept bringing us the unwanted high mileage cars from the back of the lot, they would not show us their inventory or let us look for a car we liked. And they had no compassion for my clearly ill husbands time or energy. After 5 hours they pushed us towards a used car that was $100 over our monthly payment budget. A friend referred us to Preston, and we are so grateful! Tom Barrett was supposed to be our salesman but met us at the door and explained he had a cold and did not want to get my husband sick. I have respect for a salesman who passed on a sale to protect my husbands health. So we worked with Tom Z; we told him we were already exhausted with the experience and he promised not to waste our time. He asked us what car we wanted and asked us our budget. Then they had finance try to fit it into our budget. Not only did we get a nearly new car with just 15,000 miles but we also got the Gap insurance and the extended bumper to bumper warranty- all within our budget- the same car we came there to buy. Other dealers may be bigger, but Preston is clearly better. Tom Z, Tom B and Dan in finance are real gentlemen, they valued us as their customer- and as people. Thank you guys, we really left happy, with no regrets or second thoughts.

Magnificent car all around but worst transmission.

We bought a brand new and amazingly good looking inside and out 2014 Focus Titanium.
The car was for my wife. She drove test the car. She fell in love and we took it. BIG MISTAKE! I drove it for the first time one week later and realize immediately what a defective dual transmission this car possesses. I think, the best way to describe it is like “having a teenager learning how to drive a standard shift transmission car for the first time”. When you start driving slowly from any stop, the car shakes in a jerky motion six or eight times before shifting. Every speed shift you can “VIOLENTLY” feel it, and occasionally a loud clank can be heard out of nowhere. All of this happens in Auto or Manual mode. In slow or fast speed. Don’t try to pass another vehicle because when you try, the transmission will shift 3 to 4 seconds after you press the accelerator.
Three weeks after we acquired it, I took it to the Ford dealer. The technician drove it. The Service Manager drove it, and they both agreed that this transmission is a royal piece of $#!+, BUT, they can’t do anything about it because Ford Motors Co. says IT IS A NORMAL BEHAVIOR IN THIS CAR. They printed what Ford says and gave it to me. In it, acknowledges everything I mentioned but arguing that is perfectly normal. Normal in a car that just came out of the oven? That is BS! We tried to return the darn vehicle and the depreciation in five weeks made it impossible to afford.
Now we’re stock with this beautiful car, which, other than the transmission, it is amazing.
Sad to see how FMC mocks his customers, and don’t take responsibility. In 2017 we bought our 11th new car. A Chevrolet Malibu LT with dual transmission. Boy! What a difference. One of the best cars we have owned. Imagine that the transmission doesn’t exist. You can’t feel the car shifting at any speed. No more Ford for us.
I've been getting my old car serviced with Phil Fitts Ford for years. Came to the Ford dealership after having looked at their Ford Fusions on the website. The car looked absolutely great. A 2016 AWD with the bells and whistles for with less than 10,000 miles under $25,000 was a bargain I had to jump on. I had been shopping around a bit and the minute I hopped into the Fusion I knew I had to get it. So many new features I wasn't used to, having driven a standard focus for so long. Luke Lord was friendly and personable and helped explain all the stuff I could look forward to when upgrading considerably. After doing all the paperwork and a day later, I was driving off in my new car! I was excited to finally upgrade to something that I can look forward to driving for a long time to come! Absolutely a pleasurable car buying experience!

I love the comfort and look of this car. It is perfect for what I need! It has all the "hands free" features which I love.
I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Lakeview Ford (Paul Minetti, Sales) and the process could not have been simpler, easy and time saving. I stopped and took a test drive, sat with salesman and discussed price, discounts and trade in value for my currently owned truck. Total time I spent was less that 1 hour. Agreed to purchase on a Friday and went on Monday to pick up new truck. I spent less than a half hour with Finance (Frank Pollack). Signed the papers and I was on my way,,,,, All other times I purchased a new vehicle I spent at least a half a day at the dealer, not this time. This dealership (Dan Douglas, GM) has put my faith back in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you gentlemen.
