We love the Ford Flex (specifically the Ruby Red color with white top). We had the same (2013) and wanted a newer model. Getting a white top is no longer an option, and long story short..,they made it happen! We have a 2018 model with a custom white top. Love this car. We find this to be a very reliable dealership, we like the management and staff. Professional and courteous.
I recently bought a used car from Troy Ford. This is my second one since 2012. I got a great deal on a 2015 Fusion. Mike G is a great person to work with. I am happy with my choice and with the deal. Also, the service department is excellent too. I recommend Troy Ford to all my friends.
Mike was an amazing salesman very passionate about his job, very informative, and even gave my son, which is 3,his own hot wheels ford truck. Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.
Service Manager and courtesy vehicle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle itself (top notch King Ranch full size pick up) was very comfortable. 4 star rating is due to initial young lady at service desk (did not greet with a smile or welcome) and 40 minute wait for courtesy vehicle where I had to check twice while waiting. Although I really appreciate the transport to/from work from the dealership, I did make my appointment with the service manager (over a week out) with the request for the courtesy vehicle, and it seemed as though that request did not make it into the system. Might have been a personnel or service vehicle issue on that morning, but a 40 minute wait is excessive (10-15 minute wait I would think should be the max) when you plan to be at work at a certain time. Or at least someone could have come out to the waiting area to explain to me what the delay was and why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this constructive feedback - and I still love my GT!
Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. I was very happy with my visit today at Dave Arbogast thank you.
