I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.

Car was in for replacement of a tire pressure sensor. I was quoted a price for the repair previously for the one sensor. Technician found a second sensor not responding and replaced it as well. I was billed at the previously quoted price. Have to love Love.

There were no pressure sales tactics, surprises and nothing was rushed. The quality of the vehicle was outstanding and was priced fair. I drove (4 hours) past several dealerships with the same vehicle I was looking for, because of the good reviews I had read about Prestige, and was pleased that I did. It was absolutely the best auto purchase experience that I have ever had. I???m on my 3rd Hyundai from Jenkins and I???ve never ever had a bad experience. I come here for my tune ups, my oil changes, everything. I???ve never left disappointed, unsure or feeling like I was pressured into anything. If anything is ever going on with my vehicle and it needs to be serviced, they???ve always assured my children and I are safe to leave, either in my vehicle or in a loaner until my car is ready. I love my Hyundai???s, but Jenkins Hyundai and their amazing, knowledgeable, caring staff is why I always come back.
My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. I introduced myself to the GM Tony LaPuma and it was clear that he???s obviously running a tight ship. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to shop here. Tammy was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole process . She made sure we had a full tank of gas in our new vehicle too. Ryan was helpful and friendly for the finance process. Overall it was a good experience.
Brought in my newly purchased 2017 Prius (DeLuca Vehicle was demo but purchased at another site) for regular service. Additionally inquired about an extended warranty. I was assisted by Brie Cohen in Service and Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. Brie was excellent, explained what was covered under the 24M mile warranty and told me that I was covered at no cost for what I was doing that day. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected to pay for service. She then did a hand off to Adam for the warranty (giving me a tour of the facility on the way). Afterwards, when my car was ready she went with me to the car and showed me some things since the car did not come with a owners manual. In addition, Adam made the warranty process effortless, explaining all my options and coverage's. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. I had every intention to buy that day and never felt pressured. Adam was pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All in all, a great customer experience.
The salesman politely greeted me, and never at one moment tried to push me any direction. He took the time learn what I wanted, and gave me a reasonable deal. I never felt pressured at any point.
